   NHS 111 referred me herw for an emergency script. I called and the lady that answered was so rude. Had no understanding and told me "well that's a 111 problem" shocking really. I dont think she should deal with the general public

   Staff friendly and knowledgeable about prescription system! Friend from London who stayed a week had not brought enough insulin injection sorted the problem out without fuss or bother! There prescription delivery service is excellent and caters excellently for holidays away!

   Staff are always friendly and they are usually quite quick when dispensing prescriptions. The shop is very small so they only have a limited selection of essential items. So pleased they have now ditched the face masks too!

We will now move our prescriptions over to them and I highly recommend them for “kind service how it used to be”. And as an independent they have a much wider access to suppliers etc, a huge bonus. Thank You!

   Such a great chemist! I was at my mums today when her tablets were delivered from Dyes by such a lovely friendly lady who took the time to speak to mum and make sure she was ok. Telling her she would be on holiday next wk but someone else would deliver tablets. Its very reassuring for me and mum to have someone just keeping a watchful eye on things and just taking a few moments to chat. Thankyou very much.
