Been trying to ring this pharmacy constantly for the past three days and not once has anyone picked up the phone. They keep trying to deliver medication to my Fathers home address but he isn’t there. I don’t live local so how do you get hold of someone to let them know?? It’s frustrating and unprofessional.
I have used this pharmacy for 30+ years and found them to be good Recently the level of service has dropped significantly,missing drugs from prescription but not telling me and Not having a heart medication drug in,being told they haven't yet had delivery ,and finally the stocks are short in UK.When asked what I should do no offer of alternative was given despite there being ssp059 in place which they should have offered.Poor service I have now changed pharmacy
Amazing service as always. The young lady who works there is a credit to the company. So helpful. Was brilliant with helping my son a few months ago too.

Great customer service, medication always ready to collect, nothing is to much trouble when there is a problem, friendly service.
Very friendly and helpful staff who are always smiling. Repeat prescriptions are always ready for collection when they say they will be.
