   Website says they shut at 6.30pm on a Friday so I showed up at 6.03pm and they were shut and all lights were off etc and the door said they shut at 6pm. I’d walked 2 miles to get a prescription i desperately needed, need to update the website because this was very frustrating after a long day at work.

   A friend of mine, who was bedridden, asked me to pick up his prescription from his local pharmacy. Despite living in the area for over 15 years, this was my first visit to this pharmacy—I didn't even know there was one on that road! I was especially impressed by the receptionist who assisted me; she calmly explained, with a reassuring demeanor, what my friend should do if his condition didn't improve. Although finding a parking space can be challenging, I successfully managed to find a spot in the mostly residential area.

   Had a text to say they had received my repeat prescription. A few days later another text to say it is partially ready but could collect if need to. Went in a couple of days later and it was all ready. Much better service lately.

   This pharmacy was so helpful, after 6 others didn't have my medication and said they could maybe order it but no guarantees as low in stock, they had half my prescription in stock and said they could order the rest no problem then they text me when it was ready. All staff were so helpful and friendly whereas most other pharmacies didn't seem bothered. Would definitely come here again.

   I just spoke to some one at this pharmacy about my repeat prescription which was cancelled as I didn't pick it up last month, and was struck by the pleasant, professional and extremely helpful lady who dealt with my query and resolved it very quickly. If only all interactions with every service were like this!

   Absolutely terrible customer service! Rude doesn’t even cut it! Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, my son went for a flu vaccine today with a voucher we apparently could only use to make payment online, I was contacted while he was there and I explained that there wasn’t an option to pay online but ok go ahead and do the vaccine and we will pay full price and contact head office to claim the voucher back….. once off the phone the lady went ballistic accusing me of abusing her etc etc!! Several customers heard her outburst and were flabbergasted! Tone it down love! If you are the face of a pharmacy, you need to learn customer service!! Training most definitely needed here!

   Absolutely horrendous service! They never answer the phone. When you do arrive to pick up your prescription they’re closed! Or they don’t have the stock to fulfil prescriptions. So inconsistent! It’s a joke! Manager has zero customer service skills and despises if you query anything. They have a sign about showing the staff respect, but the managers behaviour is very contradicting of this sign. I only go to this pharmacy because its location within the surgery is convenient, however, the surgery is just as bad! Time for a change!

   I have been at the Lawson Road GPs for most of my life, so naturally get assigned to pick up prescriptions from this place. It seems like a good idea that they send the prescription straight to the pharmacy, so they can get it ready. Except.....THEY NEVER DO THAT!!!! Every time, you go in, they take an eternity to find the script, then they have to go and find the medication. It's insane. Even when it's been there for a week. Just defeats the point.
