If I could put no stars I would. The other person working other than the Pharmacist today 16/11/25 @17:25 was so unbelievably rude. Told out loud what the medication I was picking up was for in front of a room full of people. Not to mention she was asking questions in a very condescending way.
First time visiting this pharmacy, staff where very pleasant and helpful. Had disabled parking and disabled access. The store isn't very big inside. You can get most of items from here.
The staff were absolutely brilliant - were do patient and helpful going above and beyond when IT issues prevented me from paying on Google Pay. Thank you - you saved the day!
Excellent! Suffering with insomnia so ordered some Nytol online (not from here) on Thursday, paid for next day delivery, as of Sunday pm they haven't even been dispatched. So handy that this pharmacy is open on a Sunday evening, and as someone who is pretty desperate for some sleep, I truly appreciate it.
Probably the best stocked, nicest and politest pharmacy in Norwich. Amazing convenience, with it being open until late.
Very fast service but parking is a problem.

Want to say a huge thank you to the chap that took my call and was absolutely awesome toe and my daughter ... I didn't catch his name .. but he is fantastic ..... He made sure my daughter had her eardrops and antibiotics .... Won't say much about her regular pharmacy but they need to take a leaf put of this chaps book.,... ( Maybe a whole chapter)... Manners and kindness go a long way when you don't fell well and you were fantastic .. thank you
