   Had a mental health conversation last month, and all the doctor did was suggest using a website called "kooth". I don't even know how to use it, let alone want to use it. I was expecting more of a deeper understanding of my mental health instead of recommending some stupid website. Some anti-anxiety medication would've been nice, but no. All i got was a website recommendation. Thanks for nothing!!

   Seem to never have anything in stock. I've been a few times and have had to go elsewhere each time. This time, I have anaemia and asked for iron tablets at 100mg (should have asked for 200mg) but then was told they didn't have 100mg and wouldn't advise me what was suitable so I had to just sit in their store and use Dr Google instead. What a ridiculous policy and a pretty rude store manager. They unsurprisingly didn't have any in stock so sent me into Bungay centre who on their system had 5 packs, but didn't actually have any in stock when I got there at all.

   This is a friendly place to collect from but you may have to wait but this is not there fault they are under staffed and probably always rushed off there feet always busy but they are always nice and helpful I have no complaints here been going here years they do the best in the Circumstances

   Never got the tablets... always need to order ..... rude staff!!! one occasion was talking about me behind my back... shame I could hear them and had to say...once u finished talking about me...... waiting times now they open here and there is horrendous... I waited 47 mins to be told they not ready come back tomorrow.....

   This must be the worst chemist in the country!! I have yet to go there and collect all of our prescriptions there is always something missing. Never Never have i been in there to find my prescription ready always have to wait and then to be told "sorry we haven't got this in can you come back" just got back from there to collect prescription that should have been ready last Friday. luckily i phoned on Friday to check only to be told again "sorry we haven't got such and such should be in for Monday but we close at 1230 Mon" so now told we have your prescription but cant serve you as we do not have a pharmacist !! its a bloody joke.

   Prescription is "NEVER" ready!!! Always order online, says will be ready to collect in 3 to 5 working days, yeah righto. Only once in 18 months has my medication been ready, it's either come back in a couple of hours, come back tomorrow or sorry, we haven't got this or that item!!! I have the same meds every month . Can't blame the staff, those who work in there are usually extremely helpful and friendly, blame the powers that be for under staffing an extremely busy pharmacy.

   Useless, went in to get medication that was owed to me , I was given a sealed paperbag with my name on it , when opened later on there was someone else's meds in , called them immediately to let them know and someone came to pick it up who insisted they didn't owe me any medication. I called the next day to say I wanted to make an offical complaint and was told the manger would phone me in a day or two , that was over 3 weeks ago !
