   Awful grumpy woman on the payment desk , no patience, doesn’t give you a chance to speak before forcefully telling you to take a seat for her, no customer service skills. Not what you want anywhere but especially when you have illness of any kind. No compassion at all, just makes you feel like you’re an irritant. Was ok until she joined, she’s always like it!

   What lovely friendly staff. I went here yesterday for my booster vaccine and observed many vulnerable customers being treated with respect and dignity. Staff worked as a team. Nice to see. Also the man injecting me was lovely and calming.
