Awful place, the main lady in there is the most rude argumentative peace of crap ive ever had to talk to! Don't waste your time going theres 100s of nicer place's

They do a great job at making you feel like a druggie. I hate going to this shop, but occasionally I have to pick up some meds for the family and I. I try to make my visits no more than twice a year. I walk away, irritated almost every time after dealing with front desk staff. The pharmacist themselves seem to be quite pleasant, wish I could deal with them instead. Avoid unless you’re dying, plenty of places with far better customer service.

Not great here you wait an eternity to get anything, prescription has been messed up on a few accounts now, it would be quicker to drive up to Norwich hospital and have an appointment to get medication up there... shambles. Surprised it hasn't been shut down yet!

Basic. Asked to speak to the pharmacist because I had a lump on my eye. Not sure I spoke to the pharmacist, as he had no name badge, but he said I had conjunctivitis. Got an eye cream but ended up going to a walk in centre the following day as I couldn't open my eye and was diagnosed with an eye abscess.

Popped into the Pharmacy ended up having a review with joy, got looked after in a nice way and no need for a doctors appointment

I stupidly ran out some medication on my repeat prescription. It was sorted in minutes. All staff very pleasant.

I feel I must write to show my appreciation of Vik and Lauren who have been running the pharmacy alone since the sacking of their colleague. I don't believe either has had a day off in around three weeks. Without their commitment & sense of responsibility we would have had a severely curtailed service, or no service at all at times. As a rural area many people rely on this pharmacy as the nearest alternative is either Norwich or Diss, twelve and eight miles away respectively. Especially elderly and disabled customers or those without their own transport. They must be exhausted yet continue to be friendly, helpful and professional. My thanks to them both and I hope they can have some time off soon to spend time with their families and a well earned rest.

Great service the last few times I have been in. Even when medication has been unavailable (due to supply issues) the team have given advice as to what to do. Great work Team Long Stratton after a rocky few months! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an urgent prescription sent from my doctor who told me it’d be ready to collect in a few hours. Go to collect it 2 days later and I’m confronted with an incredibly rude and patronising lady who feels it’s okay to talk down to and lecture me in front of people for not ringing up and letting them know it was urgent? When the doctor had already sent it as urgent? and also assumed it would be ready? How on earth was I supposed to know their system doesn’t work properly.. it is not my usual pharmacy and I was met with unnecessary hostility from the people who work there, who then tried to accuse me of trying to steal some iron tablets? Weird place wouldn’t recommend xx
