    Staff really lovely but unfortunately that’s all I could say about the experience, I felt embarrassed for the girl behind the counter as everything we asked for they didn’t have. The food we ended up having was awful over cooked and we just couldn’t eat it. All we wanted was a sandwich or a toastie with a few chips but I know it wasn’t anything to do with the staff

    Our food sat out going cold while the lad did other jobs and cold .£20 no sausages gave it back and waited for a refund !got refund. The guy dropped crumpets on the floor and still served them, when we returned our food he then re-plated it and served to other customers!!!!! RANK!!!!! NEVER GOING AGAIN

    Been going Asda cafe for years without any problems but was disappointed today nipped in for quick bite my son was not that hungry so ordered a kiddies meal (he's 15) only to be then confronted by the cafe manger saying kiddies meals are for under 16 I said yes he's 15 to then get a look like I was lieing also my son told her he was 15 and still at school and got given a funny dirty look she then said shel let me of this time but next time bring proof of his age what proof is a 15 yr old meant to have he can't get any till he's 16 I can't afford a passport for him I think some training in costume service wouldn't hurt and how to treat ppl properly my son doesn't want to go there again and felt a bit offended and basically being called a lier over a kiddies meal I did complain to asda help desk and spoke to a manger who was very nice but unfortunately I won't be going the cafe again

    There for 10 minutes with another would be customer before even being noticed, staff too busy talking to each other. Breakfast menu still up at 1.15 pm. Asked for fish and chips but was told it was still frozen, staff didn't seem interested in customer's, so we went elsewhere. Asda's loss!!! Maybe give staff some training in customer service
