   Normally an amazing pharmacy - but today was insane. I work a customer facing role - if I can’t come serve you now, I still acknowledge you and ask for a few minutes and I’ll come help you. Today I stood at the pharmacy line by myself for 10+ minutes while the woman working hid behind the counter. She didn’t look at me once, didn’t acknowledge me. I felt like a loser and an idiot. But if I had said hello I’ve been waiting here - I would be the issue The pharmacy is fine. What isn’t fine is the lack of acknowledgment. Pharmacy staff should not ignore customers. If you have a 15 minute tasks - tell the customer. I stood for 10 minutes nervous before I left without any help, or guidance by anyone. The woman alone on pharmacy today needs to learn how to speak to people. Being ignored is just not on at all, I’ve never had service like it.

   Unhelpful staff and poor store layout. Items spread across two floors with no lift (which is what it is in a building of that age), but staff unwilling to be more helpful than telling you to pay for items on one floor then go out and down the hill and round to the other entrance if you're unable to use the stairs. When you need a single item from the other floor, it wouldn't be unreasonable for a staff member to grab it when there's more than one person available. Staff also very jobs-worthy in the pharmacy - wouldn't sell me a medical item for someone else because I was pregnant and it wasn't suitable in pregnancy. Poor staff attitude seems peculiar to this store, as other Boots staff in other stores are generally excellent.

   Best one in city very polite staff and very friendly. Changed to this boots pharmacy because nothing but trouble with medication boots anglia square. As drug users were getting priority over those who were waiting for there normal medication. My advice go to this one its so much better and staff more polite and willing to help with anything i recommend 100% and staff 10/10 service 10/10

   Very convenient for a reasonable range of non pharmacy items. Pharmacy increasingly disappointing. Medications missing though confirmed by doctor as approved for dispensation. Items on repeat never seem to be available that day. Pill numbers less than prescribed, without explanation, excuse or a note. In brief, pharmacy thoroughly unreliable, the male staff do try to help. Otherwise, be prepared to feel blamed for pharmacy shortcomings and told you're not respecting them

   Went to pharmacy especially for effervescent cocodamol but were out of stock. Rather annoying as this is one of the few painkillers l can tolerate. Too far to walk to the other Boots so will have to manage without until l am in city again .

   How amazing were the staff on Saturday. I went in for pain relief for a tooth abscess and the lovely lady behind the counter suggested going to the walk in centre which I did. Got seen quickly and went back to Boots to get my prescription done. Thankyou for your help

   When visiting Boots the Chemist at London street Norwich I was finding difficulty in using the photographic print system ,I approached the shop assistant on the upper floor for help.and was delighted that a lady called Sue working in this department came over and took a lot of time and patience in making sure I understood how to work the equipment.She is to be congratulated on excellent customer service ,very polite and caring efficient.I hope the management team gives her the praise she deserves in the way i was treated

   I purchased a home delivery option last year for so I could get my meds at home easier. I've had a great time using the service, the staff are efficient and helpful. They're always great, and if you need to go into the pharmacy they'll almost always have what you need. Make sure you say thank you to the staff, these guys do a lot to make stuff work.

   The staff here are wonderful and hard working but the store isn't open half the time due to staff shortages. This has led to people missing vital medications and suffering physical damage and withdrawal due to them running out of medications. Whoever owns this business needs to pay their staff better and ensure the shop is open during the listed times. I can't recommend anyone use this as a primary pharmacy for the sake of safety. Edit of this review: I've purchased their home delivery option and they've been really helpful in having this setup on my account. I've also seen heard and seen that they've massively improved on the previous issues. The staff are really helpful and patient. I'm going to change this review to a higher rating. Thank you to them for their assistance,.also please remember to treat them well no matter how frustrated you might feel as they're only Human.
