    My normal waiting time is between 20 and up to 49 minutes this is very much the norm this is for a weekly medication box the waiting time is extreme I do understand CD drugs need checking but this has been over 20 minutes only last week . myself and many other elderly people struggling to stand four chairs are provided but always being used .Today I had 12 people in front of me with one person serving 2 pharmacists on site and other boots staff are clearly chatting in the back or they they will be cleaning the shelves with wet wipes with a barrier round them iam not sure what that’s for .?The window ledges are need of a deep clean as are the floors the same dust has been in place for many weeks . From all of the reviews nothing much seems to change to be honest not even a sorry to have kept you waiting .As a store and a brand you are falling well short of what people expect from a service is this not being highlighted on Quality Audits ?As I departed people were waiting outside to join the wait I hope the staff are supported to put some action plans in place as it’s desperately needed .

    The staff try to be helpful, but there is one serious failing. I paid my Β£55 for a year’s delivery. Why then do I keep getting texts telling me to come and collect my prescription?

    This branch is woefully under staffed. I queued for 20 minutes just to buy some sunscreen. Come on, Boots, employ sufficient staff members

    Always a massive queue . No matter what time of day you go in. There's staff you can see in the back talking. But not helping front counter. No sorry for the wait when you do get to the front. Understand a big village. But staff could be more helpful and staff. Better than it was . But still along way to go.

    Yes, the staff are helpful when you finally get to speak to them but the place is clearly massively under-staffed and/or the way prescriptions are dealt with is poorly managed. I've seen queues where they only see a new customer every 7 or 8 minutes with 30+ people waiting yet have five or six staff behind the desk apparently getting prescriptions ready? This place became a nightmare during Covid and they don't seem to have recovered. Needs a bigger shop and 50%+ more staff to deal with local demand.

    Says it's open online - it is not. Apparently Christmas hours have been updated - they have not. Took my one year old out in the cold for nothing! I have rang a few times this morning and occasionally the line was busy so I did assume the online hours were correct. If you're closed, you need to update this online.

    Staff do their best but expect to queue for an hour or more before you get to the counter. Staff are helpful once you get there but incredibly overworked as they are always short staffed. As I said, they do their best - be kind.

    Long queue's, seems to be a lot of staff wandering about while only one on the till, got to be the worst boots branch iv'e ever been in, they cant even get the opening times right. Website says 8-00am, notice on door says 8-30am. About time they got there act together and got this abysmal branch sorted out.

    Awful. Feeling ill. Trying to cancel a flu jab booked online. It's not showing up in my orders on boots website. Click on link in email doesn't work. Boots customer service not open. Pharmacy not open. Appointment this morning in about an hour. Told to call back later. It's no wonder that people simply don't turn up. It's taken 20 minutes and it's still not cancelled....
