Terrible Experience β Avoid at All Costs Our experience with this firm was genuinely awful from start to finish. The service was painfully slow, and communication was virtually non-existent. We constantly had to chase for updates, and basic questions were left unanswered for days or even weeks. We felt completely in the dark throughout the entire process. Their delays nearly cost us our first home, as the seller was ready to pull out due to how slow and unresponsive they were. It was only through our constant chasing that anything moved forward at all. We also had to arrange an indemnity policy in order for the sale to go through. It was agreed that the seller would cover the full cost, and our solicitor informed them of the amount, which they then paid. We thought that was the end of itβuntil seven weeks after we had moved into our new home, we received a letter out of nowhere saying that the indemnity policy had actually cost more than originally quoted, and that we were now expected to pay the difference. We were never told that the Indemnity policy might be more money than the sellers originally paid and that we would have to pay the difference. The entire experience was frustrating and stressful. We wouldnβt recommend this firm to anyone.

Conveyance solicitors have a bad rep, but this firm has been amazing. Allison Lewis and Mr. Stephen Williams have been amazing. They have gone above and beyond with our case and been amazing at answering queries and advocating for us as first time buyers and explaining to us the process and our options. I will recommend them to anyone I hear who is in need of a conveyancing solicitor or a solicitor in general. Thank you Ms. Lewis and Mr. Williams!

I have been a client of Sarah Llewellyn Jones for about 30 years. I have always received outstanding service during that time and hold her and her staff in the very highest regard.

Always a pleasure dealing with Sian and her team. I know when Sian is representing me I can just leave things to her. She has acted for me with many different things but this time when we were selling our house she really went above and beyond chasing people for me on her day off and always on the end of the phone nothing is too much trouble for her and her team. Would highly recommend using this company as will for many years too come as I know what ever I need they will take care of it in a friendly professional manor thanks again.

Emails go unanswered, very slow to answer questions, reception rarely pick up phone calls. Arrogant attitude from someone who is very behind the times. Have gone significantly downhill since being very good with a property sale last year.

Absolute waste of time. Sarah was supposed to be sorting out the financial side of my divorce. After the initial form, and asking me for 3 months of bank statements, I didnβt hear anything else from her. No response to emails or phone calls.

We had superb service from Sara when selling our house. Her expertise and straightforward, professional approach to a complicated procedure in writing new Title Deeds, plus all the other stuff related to selling a house, gave us a huge amount of confidence. She kept us informed every step of the way and made the whole process easy. We would unreservedly recommend her services to anyone - she will be on your side and give excellent value for money.

I have to say, my experiences with solicitor Stephen Williams has been nothing short of excellent. I wasn't a client when I called into his office, asking him to witness documents requiring my signatures on 7 properties I'd purchased in Michigan, USA. This was a fairly lengthy process and happened on two separate appointments, on neither occasion did he refuse my request and he didn't even charge me for his services. Since then he's become my regular solicitor with my property development business and I find Stephen a professional, efficient and friendly solicitor indeed. One, I'll be most happy to continue representing me.

We had a terrible experience with these solicitor while buying our first property. They took ages to sort the simplest of things, lied to us about sending off information for us and they all most lost us the property. We switched to a different solicitors and they progressed to the same point we was at in just over a week. Something that T. Llewellyn took nearly two months to do.
