We had a fantastic experience with Tom Grimes at the Neath office. He was efficient, friendly and helpful. The whole process from instruction to completion took no more than 6 weeks, I cannot express how impressed I am with Tom. He kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and provided us with all the necessary information without overwhelming us. Definitely go elsewhere. Ideal if you want to waste time and money months on end constantly chasing and never get back to you. Very inefficient and slow pace considering some of the quicker more efficient solicitor firms especially when the work is done within 24 hours elsewhere
