My appointment was handled smoothly from start to finish. The staff was organized, and the dentist took the time to explain what they were doing without rushing. Everything felt professional, and the office itself was clean and comfortable.

I am very happy with service that Abacus Dental provides. Mr and Mrs Dr. Verma are both always very thorough, helpful and detailed. I foud. The other dentists in the practice as well to be very good. The children loves coming to the practice and they feel very comfortable. The admin staff on the practice as well are very friendly and helpful. They keep us informed of any changes and booking ir changing the appointments are cery easy as well. Moat importantly, they are very responsive ti email and phone calls. I definitely recommend Abacus Dental.
I am very satisfied with the way Dr Assad looked after my daughter when I made emergency appointment , which was recommended by NHS 111 online. Customer service was amazing and supportive. Dr Assad was very kind and caring towards my daughter and spoke to her in gentle manner which made my 6 years old , calm and happy. My 6 year old was relaxed throughout her treatment.
Phoned this Practice as they are listed as providing NHS Services. I was advised by 111 to obtain an Emergency Appointment for a Dental Abscess. I was astonished to be told that Urgent appointments are only for Private Patients. They were OK to offer Emergency Treatment as a Private Patient but if I am an NHS Patient I have to go on a waiting list for an Emergency Appointment! Why are Dental Practices accepting NHS contracts if they don't want to see NHS Patients requiring Emergency Treatment. They are happy to take my cash as a taxpayer but to be clear with this practice, they couldn't care less that I am suffering in pain with an infection that can spread. 15 Minute Cities are being created to reduce carbon footprint but with services on the doorstep turning people away in pain. NHS Patients will never be able to live in a 15 minute City. Many have to travel hours out of their way for urgent treatment. I Do Not Recommend this Practice.
I cannot express how happy I am with service which I have received from Abacus Dental Care. I have been in many practices in Milton and Abacus is only one which I wasn’t afraid off ( I have massive fear of dentist ). The team is super friendly, my treatment has been well explained. I believe I have finally found my place.
I was very impressed with this dental practice. The dentist, Dr Reema Modasia was lovely and the team was very professional. The receptionist Becky was also very accommodating. Would recommend to everyone.
I’m having a tough time with a tooth/gum problem but Dr Vermer has been brilliant for me. He is honest and genuine, and it’s been easy to get an appointment when needed, which is reassuring when you’re in intermittent pain. Friendly and efficient reception staff.
