   We have recently bought our first home with the help of Rhain Griffiths. Who made the whole process easy for us. Once she got all our searches back, she called us in to her office to show just her findings and to go through all the paperwork. She explained everything to us and was very helpful and easy to talk to. Rhain worked really fast and efficient to make sure our mortgage went through on time as we were given only four weeks to complete. I would highly recommend and use again in the future if needed to.

   Rhian Griffiths has been great for our home purchase! The process started at the start of July and completed by early September. Really professional and invited in to the office to go through paperwork and to answer any questions, my partner has never had this from other solicitors even though he deals/dealt with multiple properties…lovely touch. Great service and she answered all questions we had without hesitation. Would highly recommend and will be using her in the future if we need to.
