   Phoned several times to locate a power of attorney document, after the third attempt was told it would be ready by Friday. Was informed on the day that the document had been retrieved in 1990 and was no longer in their possession, I informed them that this was impossible as the document up till now by hadn't been required , having ended the call was unsure of what to do next, no advice from Jennings, then had a phone call a little while later to be told that the document had been found in their attic storage. Fortunately a member of staff had the fortitude to physically check rather than check ,"on the system" Apparently the system had been updated and I guess this document as well as possible others had slipped the net. Lesson, if you believe your documents are held and they can't find them, insist they go check their attic.

   I engaged Jennings over a serious property dispute. I was given very little advice and support, and the counsel reading they jumped into obtaining showed quite a poor grasp of my case and was surprisingly negative about my chances of success. This is despite Jennings taking a considerable sum of money from me. However, I took my case to an adjudication body instead, who supported me, found that my case was valid, and I reached a successful and victorious outcome (I have been awarded compensation). I am therefore at a loss to explain Jennings' actions. It was an awful, and frankly bizarre, experience using Jennings.

   They only received 1 star because you cannot give them 0, my partner went through the divorce with them which was a domestic abuse case and they outright supplied her abusive ex husband with our home address this putting us and our daughter at risk because of their negligence and breaking of data protection laws to boot despite several assurances on their part that he would never receive our personal info

   They helped me tremendously well with my case. Got me the result I was wanting. The solictor wasn't badly priced either to be fair. But after a few weeks of paying the final bill. I received another invoice telling me I owed them another sum of money but no explenation what the charges were for. I would recommend using these solictors as they are good at what they do. As long as you dont mind being handed more charges out of the blue for absolute no reason. Go ahead otherwise I wouldnt bother
