   Helpful and friendly pharmacy staff! Open everyday and I get a text when my prescription is ready. Couldn’t ask for more! Pharmacist took my blood pressure; and advised I can get my private Covid jab here; and chickenpox vaccination for my 2 year old! Really good to know! Will pop in next week to get these done as I can’t get an appointment with my surgery! Thanks!

   By far the worst pharmacy in Norfolk. Slow, often rude or clueless service. Waiting 20+ minutes for prescriptions that often haven’t arrived as much as a week after I ordered. Changing my pharmacy and suggest others do too.

   My partner ran out of her medication and therefore 111 NHS sent a referral to Tesco pharmacy so she could get through until her prescription was ready at our pharmacy. The pharmacy at Tesco refused and sent the referral back to the NHS, even though he had them in stock. Shocking service and I will be questioning them when I go to the store.

   Phoned to see if they had a eye drop that I needed they didn’t have it in stock was very helpful and phoned me back within 5 minutes to say it will be ready the next day. Excellent service super friendly and extremely helpful.
