I am a very nervous patient and the team at Daventry Dental Care are amazing at making you feel at ease. For a wisdom tooth extraction I don't think I could have asked for any better service. Thankyou for being patient, calm and effective. Brilliant
I would like to sincerely thank our new dentist, Dr. Naboya. She is exactly the kind of dentist we needed for our children—very kind and with a wonderful approach to kids. With her, we never felt judged; on the contrary, she was extremely helpful and warm. Thanks to her, our daughter, despite her huge fear, left the appointment smiling and happy for the first time.
Can highly recommend this Dental Practice! I am a nervous patient and have always been put at ease when attending all my appointments. Modern, friendly, high tech and experienced dentists and hygienists!
I had an appointment for my daughter and was 3 minutes late , but we had to wait for a woman in front checking her diary for 6 months time ? so by the time she had finished we were 10minutes late, not our fault, The guy with the silly haircut said I will have to check with the dentist as we are late even though I said about above. I heard the dentist say it should be fine and he said I will rebook it do not worry. He needs a lesson in customer servive and satisfaction or even better get another job.
So my teeth are not what you call showroom condition and I have received much abuse from dentists in the past. Had another problem and was dreading another visit. Well, then my luck changed and I had an appointment with Sarah - and what a revelation! One of the kindest, warmest individuals I have ever met. I can't thank her enough for the sympathetic, highly professional service I received - I rate her service ☆☆☆☆☆ absolutely - the best 5 star service you will ever receive. Truly an asset to the practice. 8f only all dentists could be this good.
I managed to get an emergency NHS appointment and these guys were fantastic. I was also told what was going on and everything was explained which made me not feel so nervous. Thank you guys
Not been dentist for years. Reason very nervous. When I got there they made me feel so relaxed. They have sorted everything for me within two weeks.the staff are amazing I will not be going anywhere else. I recommend this dentist all day long.
I have been to the Dentist today (2nd November 2022), for the first time in my whole Dental visiting life, whilst having my face in a shining light and my mouth fully stretched open, I laughed. I don’t really know what was happening at the time, but I felt a laugh coming!! (i was thinking these aspects of what is happening to me, reminded me a some interigation in a movie, or something of that nature) Lights, mouth open, drill in mouth and me gripping the arm rests for dear life, waiting for the pain.. the thoughts you mind has, whilst in the dentists chair NOW with my background and anxiety about Dentists rooms, what they have done to my teeth in the past, this is a moment to savour and one to thank someone for. I am very open to the fact that I have paid very good and sometimes large amounts of money for some Dentists (Un-Named) to fix my teeth problems but have ultimately through bad practices, destroyed them, of which I have lost teeth in the end, quite a few by bad dentists. I have had Root Canals and lost the tooth a few weeks later due to an infection under the tooth, on a few occasions Actually. I have been poked in tooth and gum to a stage where my whole body has jumped a few centimetres up from the chair with pain like i had been electrocuted and not even got a look of regret, so my experiences with dentists fill me with fear and anxiety. so today was a massive difference. I have been with Daventry Dental Surgery for some time now and still have this innate fear of dentists, its not personal, just have that underlying anxiety from the past but NO, I am always welcomed with a clear passion for people on the front desk and an understanding look, that I will be okay I work with Arularasi, my female dentist and even though I still have an anxiety, she is very gentle with me, caring and always asks if I have eaten (I never can, due to the anxiety of the visit), she offers me something. these things work to calm me. Arularasi will, ask if I am okay and generally direct me to feel calmer in my thoughts, She is very calm and caring in her movements, all very flowing no, jerks or things that will get my mind to have concern I’m sure all of Daventry Dental Care dentists work the same way, I have Arularasi to work with my teeth and I am very happy that she is doing them. I can honestly say that even though I am not going to be pushing to go to the dentist more and more, I will be happy to stick to a 6month check up and know that I am in good hands with Arularasi being there So this is a positive feedback for Daventry Dental Care, for the Reception ladies as they do make it easier, even giving me a sticker when i asked.. But Ultimately to Arularasi for looking after me so well
Dr Kakad and her nurse Kelly were amazing. I am a very nervous patient and was terrified to get my teeth fixed. They both put me at ease straight away and kept me informed every step of the way. They worked fast all the while keeping me calm. The rooms are clean and everyone is really friendly. I can't fault anything. Best dentist in daventry Thank you so much Kelly Barnes
