My dentist Mo is an absolute legend! He is amazing and cares so much for the work he does, which has been in my best interest. I cannot praise him enough, I feel incredibly lucky to be in such professional hands, in awe of your brilliance, you are the best! You are very much appreciated, THANK YOU!
My first time receiving treatment here (filling, xrays, clean and polish).....I'm a very nervous patient but there was no need to be. Dentist was very gentle and I felt no pain! Only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 was an admin error when I came to pay. Highly recommend them though.
My Nan just had her third appointment as part of her treatment plan with Dr Ridhi, and I’m still amazed by the incredible staff at Harlestone Road Dental Practice. Dr Ridhi, in particular, has been fantastic. She takes the time to explain each step of the process in detail and keeps us informed of any changes or suggestions based on her experience. It has really put both my Nan and me at ease, knowing she’s in such capable hands. Going to the dentist can often be a daunting and a scary experience, but Dr Ridhi truly cares about her patients and looks after them really well!
I left this practice 1.5 or maybe 2 years ago now probably but wanted to share my experience. I was told that I needed a filling. I've been lucky with my teeth and have never had braces or fillings so far. He showed me where I needed a filling on the x-ray and I couldn't see it... He had to change the exposure of the x-ray so much for me to slightly see something. That immediately made me suspicious. Then they tried to suggest I need it doing asap as it will only get worse. I booked it further ahead than they suggested to give me time to think about it... It turned out that in this time they decided they were going completely private and not taking any NHS appointments. This made me more suspicious so I went to another dentist (private and paid for) but I wanted another option. Turns out I've had 2 check ups with them and she says I have a slight dent in my tooth but I don't need a filling. So even though I still have to pay I'd much rather pay for an honest dentist! It really felt like they were trying to suggest I needed more work at the time they were going private to make people pay more. Did not like their approach. Here I am 1.5/2yrs later having gone to another dentist after two appointments and am paying privately and still don't need any work done and my tooth has not got any worse. So glad I got another opinion!
Highly recommend Harlestone Road Dental practice. Really easy to book an appointment with the friendly team. Appointment reminders and online forms rather than paper forms, which made it easier for me. I saw a great Dentist called Mo who was very friendly and helped me to decide on my next treatment and options available. Overall, great experience from start to finish.
Shocking, just shocking. They only now take NHS appointments on Monday and no other days. Had to come in for an emergency appointment and they were off and rude. The moment paying in full was mentioned attitude immediately changed. Smiles, loads of talking and reassurances, promises about help and ect. The other reviews on here are also from the staff and their friends and family, just shocking!
I've been very pleased with my treatment, I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time and was worried I would be told off. I had broken a tooth and also needed a new denture. Everyone was so kind and helpful and Jen is just lovely and explains everything.
I have to share my absolute disgust at how we are being treated by this practice. Clearly Mr Kotecha wasn't on leave when we booked our appointment, he's decided since to take time off and to screw the patients already booked with him. This is not the first time they have cancelled our appointments and now they tell me the only day they do NHS appointments is on a Monday. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE CANCELLED US! Seems like the money from private patients is more important to them, rather than looking after loyal patients who have been with you them for years. Absolutely shocking!
Had a hygienist appointment with Claire and was amazed at how thorough she was! Very professional and she explained everything so I could understand. We went through my daily routine and she gave me useful advice on flossing and interdental brushes. Superstar!!
