   I’ve been a patient with this dental practice for many years. All the staff are highly professional, providing the highest level of dental care. In more recent years I’ve consistently received first class dental treatment from Dr. Poonam Goyal. Without question, Poonam is clearly an outstanding dentist and the best I’ve ever been to. She’s highly competent and uses the very latest technologies. She’s also friendly, welcoming and reassuring. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best possible dental care. Also, Emily Coggins, one of the practice’s hygienists, has provided me with a professional dental hygiene service, uninterrupted for over 20 years. She’s highly skilled, extremely thorough and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Last but certainly not least, Julie and Georgie do a fantastic job on reception every day with a smile. They are highly efficient, accommodating and always go out of their way to be helpful. Great practice! (By the way the new lighting is brilliant!).

   I’d like to share some feedback following my recent visit to the Bupa dental clinic. I was disappointed by several aspects of my experience. My appointment lasted less than 15 minutes, yet the fee was £90, which felt quite high given the short consultation time. In addition, I’ve noticed that the dentist often arrives late to appointments, which can be frustrating when trying to plan around scheduled times. During my arrival, I also overheard one of the nurses speaking rather loudly behind reception and using inappropriate language while conversing with a colleague. This did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from an organisation like Bupa. Unfortunately, due to these repeated issues, my family and I have decided not to continue our care at this practice.

   We saw Zaeed and Ruby today as family, they couldn’t have made us feel more comfortable. My little one was super worried and anxious (despite the appointment not being for her) and by the end she was sitting on the dentist chair speaking them both! Ruby couldn’t have been kinder and gave my little one some stickers and Zaeed was so attentive, kind, not judging and made us very comfortable. He explained things so well and was very genuine in his recommendations! Thank you so much for a lovely experience today

   Staff are always friendly and welcoming I have been with the practice for 20 years. I have probably had 3 dentists in that time who all stayed for many years this helped with continuity of care and they were always familiar with my dental needs. Hygenist’s are great and again I’ve only ever seen 2 so I feel very comfortable having treatment. My family have always been treated with understanding and kindness at this practice
