   Cancelled an appointment with over 5 days worth of notice given. Said I would receive a refund for my deposit payed but still waiting to receive it been over 14 days. I’ve been told by there staff I would receive it but haven’t. Prior to that I called asking for a email to confirm my refund is being processed said they will but never recived anything the lady on the phone was very rude. I won’t recommend this dentist to anyone

   We saw Eleanor today for myself and my two children aged 3 & 5. We were treated with respect, she took her time with the boys, explaining everything so they weren't nervous. Really positive experience.

   Worst experience ever!! Avoid if you can, dentist all the time late but you must be attend on time can’t be late . Appalling service, paid private price but did not get fair private service,Very disappointed.

   I needed advice regarding a tooth which kept chipping, and an appointment was made for me with Vijay. He informed me that the issue was with my bite, and advised that we could use invisalign to correct this, and then that would allow us to put a stronger filling in place. Vijay explained everything clearly all the way through the process. He was happy to answer any questions and made sure I was happy with the results. My invisalign package also included a course of whitening treatment, which again Vijay discussed in detail and checked I was happy with the result.

   Done the work needed in two visits. Had to go private as no nhs. Had to pay in 3 parts as didn't have enough money. Paid over 845 for what I needed so Had to save up as on benefits but they did a good job. Paid 275 first appointment 400 second appointment got to phone on pay day to pay another 170 which is abit much as got told just over 600 all in. Phoned but got told they didn't tell me right and added some on. Got to go back in 6 months for a check so will find out how much more to pay.

   Just don't bother looking at this place. The dentists you see on the website don't work there. Many have left. You will now pay to be shouted at. Our daughter was 2 mins late for an appointment, and she was told to wait for the next patient to go through. Once in, the dentist said "You're 30 mins late". She wasnt, she was 2 mins late. The dentist was rude, didn't ask her what she was here for and reminded her that she was late on the way out, again. Our daughter is nervous of dentists, is 18 and was the first time she'd been on her own. So much for putting nervous patients at ease. This dentist can expect a formal complaint. The Brackley practice is just part of a wider group called Dental Care Group, based in Amersham, run by Dr Rajinder Dharwar and Ranjit Singh Dharwar. Its not a local independent practice. It's NOT OK to shout at patients.

   I had an excellent experience with my Hygenist, Hannah, today. From the start she was very welcoming as was her assistant. Hannah was very thorough during the cleaning and polishing process. And at the end of the treatment, Hannah offered advice on brushing techniques and better use of interdental brushes which will be beneficial in caring for my teeth in the future. The receptionist was also very welcoming, polite and professional. A great big thank you to this team. Great job!
