A Great Experience From Start to Finish From the moment I booked the appointment to the moment I walked out, the whole experience was fantastic. The reception team were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process easy and stress-free. The dentist was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment itself — while never anyone’s idea of a fun day out — was quick, personal, and impressively pain-free. I wouldn’t go so far as to say I’m looking forward to going back (who ever does?), but I can honestly say I’ll have no hesitation returning when the time comes. A professional team who clearly care — highly recommended.

I have to say from someone who is very nervous of dentistry that Deep Jethwa put me at ease. His manner and painless drilling and filling of my tooth was well considered and as comfortable as it could be. He also fitted in my procedure when I only had an appointment for a routine inspection. Pleasant professional and efficient I would recommend Thatch House Dental to anyone.
Having had problems with my teeth from childhood, I am a very nervous patient. Deep has recently completed a route canal and replaced the crown too. He and the team have been amazing. They are all so friendly which put me at ease too. Today I have had my new crown fitted and the quality of Deep’s work shows. It fits great and the colour match was perfect, meaning you can’t tell it isn’t one of mine. I would highly recommend Thatch House Dental.
After not being to the dentist for many years, because of a very strong phobia of the dentist. I am very impressed with the service at Thatch House Dental. Sheena made me feel completely at ease and made my experience as comfortable as she could. I will definitely be continuing to use Thatch House Dental and would recommend it to all.
I recently had the first part of dental implant surgery completed by Deep Jethwa. Looking into implants was quite stressful and in some cases the pricing quite eye watering! Most providers have a sensible multiple visit treatment plan so travelling too far or abroad did not seem practical. Deep made me feel at ease and calm throughout the process, he himself was also calm and at ease. It might sounds silly but his manner very reassuring. The difficult or most intrusive part is done, I now have to wait 12 weeks to have the teeth fitted to the implants.
