   THE SOURCE BAR IS SHOCKING !! Went up to the bouncer to give my id and he didn’t believe I was Canadian!!! Turned me away after traveling an hour to get there. Would not recommend, horrible experience don’t waste your time & money.

   Do NOT try to book the Source bar or the Spirit lounge for a private event. The business hasn’t filed taxes for 4 years and its current status is ‘Active proposal to strike off’ (in the process of being dissolved) and as a result is not being operated properly. They will take your money for the booking, and then be impossible to contact after that. They will ignore all your e-mails and never answer the phone. When I eventually got hold of the owner one week before my wife’s birthday (obviously too late, had already had to organise somewhere else) he said everyone that worked for the company had been in Spain for several weeks due to a ‘family emergency’ and he’d give me my money back. Obviously I could never get hold of him again after that and never saw the money. Typical behaviour of people whose businesses are all being dissolved. Avoid!

   The bouncers in this venue need to be sacked! Constant harrasment and assault. Cant enjoy your night without bouncers over your shoulders. They are extremely rude and think they own the place! Appart from that the venue its self not to bad.

   Decent venue, decent playlist, but only one gripe. Was told by staff when buying my first drink, "ask for the cheaper brand and get the cheaper drink." Did exactly that for my third drink but got charged for the expensive brand. Well jokes on you source. You could've gotten several drinks out of me for 4 quid each, but you'd rather do the quick steal and do one drink for 7. At least I know not to do my drinking here in future Long story short, if I wanted to be ripped off, I would've gone to those swindlers that call themselves B**rk*ller PS, my whole party left soon after that, so joke really is on you

   First club I walked into when I first started going clubbing and loved it ever since. Very good variety of music, 3 places to go to for a different mix of music as well. Drinks can be expensive but overall great club would recommend:)

   I love this place and have always come most weeks for a few years . Always got along with the bouncers and staff however a new female door lady has left me never wanting to return due to her rudeness . I understand door staff need to be firm . I also work in a lively venue and see the good work doorstaff do and why there a necessity to our nightlife . But this was such an unpleasant experience . She spoke to me like absolute s**t. She is someone who is clearly taking advantage of the authority she has . BULLY!
