   Desperate for the loo and some breakfast after a long drive I didn’t realise I needed a code for the toilet which you get at the bottom of your receipt. I’m not local and that’s not a thing in my little town. So I ordered my food and drink, got the receipt and rushed to the loo to try and get back in time for my order. The place was freezing cold and the lady that served me looked like she was already having a bad morning as she glared at me like I was some kind of toilet criminal. The food was your average Starbucks food but the egg nog latte was incredible. The atmosphere was just a little off because of staff. But we all have bad days. So.

   Lovely little starbucks that I frequent often. When ever I go through DT I get lovely, quick service from friendly staff. Ordering inside takes longer. The staff are still just as friendly and professional, but seeing 3 cars get their drinks before you have yours (when you're the only one in the queue) is frustrating. My orders are always correct, and I will continue to visit frequently :)

   This is my go-to Starbucks and the drinks and customer service are always great. The only thing I’ve noticed is it’s often the same staff up front while others stay in the back, sometimes needing to be called out. Having worked in hospitality, I can guess that phones, chatting, or even vaping may be part of the reason. It hasn’t made a different to the quality of the drinks or service, but I do hope management ensures the workload is shared more fairly so the front staff aren’t carrying the load and things like phones/vapes etc are saved for break times not just when people are bored.

   Went here after not being for a while and I agree with the last review. It’s dirty! The toilet rota on Monday morning wasn’t updated since Saturday. The toilet wasn’t clean. The floor littered in tissue because the tissue dispenser would not let you get anymore than a small tear out each time. The pictures taken and attached are from Monday morning. Staff were having a good old chat. I’ve worked in service. It’s not hard to keep a toilet clean, it’s basic stuff. Each person who left the toilet commented so I had to check it out. Coffee was excellent though!

   I've just started coming to this Starbucks as moved to the area. How grumpy and rude are the staff!!! The lady taking my order doesn't even look at you. No smile! The guy just now preparing the coffees is really rude..I asked twice did you put the vanilla sprinkle? He ignored me the first time and the second was" yes I said I did!" If you are not happy to be here and doing the job, then don't do it !!

   Gotta admit I'm not for these coffee places so I'm a little on the bias side. I find them expensive and unnecessary but they are popular. I love tea, but there is very little you can do to make tea better.

   The staff are fantastic, the drinks are almost always great, but Starbucks are an anti-trade union business and that has to end - LET YOUR STAFF UNIONISE AND PAY THEM PROPERLY!

   This place refusal to accept trolleys when you have been out shopping so you have to carry every single bag inside is worth a one star review despite being ok otherwise. When you are located outside a shopping area, you should be a bit more lenient. Not everybody has a car to stash their shopping. It is worth mentioning that I never had any problems with Starbucks at Wolstanton in that regard. I am certain it would be better to have a movable trolley beside the table rather than a random bunch of bags filling up the seating area.

   Great addition to Festival Park and next to the supermarket. The large windows surrounded the building means plenty of natural light flowing in, which is lovely. Interior space is airy and entrance is wide, so you don’t feel crammed in as soon as you enter. Staff are great and smiley!
