Very poor service. Ignores both emails and phone calls. Doesn’t work on behalf of the client but instead chooses the easiest option out for himself. I believe another solicitor would have resolved our issues for us or at least tried abit harder. Personally I’d avoid at all costs. Very poor service.
Does not respond to phone calls or emails. Regularly ignores requests for contact. Happy to communicate at the start of the process but when you need an answer for something it's like a ghost town. Unfortunately we're stuck with him until this is all sorted as he's the executor of the will. But over a year later (not even joking) still not resolved. To make things worse another one of our family members died and were currently at 4 months to close two bank accounts (without probate). If you have the choice, choose anyone else, terrible service.
Professional, kind, friendly and reassuring service. Assisted me with probate and then conveyancing following a property sale. Costs were very reasonable and paperwork, including accounts, was always meticulously compiled. Friendly office staff. Good advice given. Would happily use again.
