we went on thursday and had such a great time, everyone on the floor was amazing and knew so much about all the products. all the samples were beautiful, everyone was super friendly and we had a great chat with everyone on the floor about different coffees.
Large selection of teas and hot chocolate. You can choose a really good tea, because in regular stores there is very little choice. You can try delicious hot chocolate for free. The staff is excellent.
Shopped here many times for tea and their coffee bags also purchased their latte glasses Everything excellent quality and the flavour of the various coffees super! The Young guy in charge and his staff are always very friendly and attentive and also knowledgeable of their products. Also have some unusual items for those gifts for the people who you dont know what to buy for. Good old fashioned Customer First service/!!!
This is a great place to buy presents for people especially in the Christmas and New Years sales. Also great for tea, coffee and hot chocolate lovers who want high quality products. The place is normally very busy, but the staff are extremely friendly and helpful even during the busy times. They also, provide free samples of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I would definitely recommend the place if you are looking for great quality hot chocolate.
I have shopped here for several years and will continue to do so. I couldn't fault one aspect of my experience here. Speed & quality of service: Always left feeling unrushed and never usually much of a wait. Layout: small but tidy, all walls have shelving and a few centre floor stations easy to walk around and not too squashed Cleanliness: High standard Lighting: pleasant Busy or not: not busy Monday afternoon Types of bags available: a very nice Whittard's own paper bag with handles Anything worthy of note: 1) They often have free samples around the store, usually hot chocolate, tea and one of their edible products (using recyclable cups to sample). 2) If you become a member (free) each visit, they add a free sample to your order that I think is a fabulous touch, and I have found a favourite hot chocolate this way. This is a wonderful store. They always have a fantastic range of products, I am never left without something great to choose! The staff are fantastic, Marie is always incredibly helpful and friendly. I love popping in and never leave disappointed.
