Dreadful service and after care. Random appointments are being scheduled, even though they have not been accepted in the first place. One of the receptionists Lucy? has been so rude when trying to get to the bottom of a miscommunication that I had to hang up. This place is giving me anxieties and I cannot recommend it at all.
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Kilburn and was incredibly impressed by her professionalism, warmth, and expertise. From the moment the consultation began, she was kind, caring, and attentive — she truly listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I had been suffering with menopausal symptoms for many years and had often felt dismissed or unheard by other medical professionals. For the first time in my menopausal journey, I felt genuinely listened to and understood. Despite my initial worries about speaking to a younger doctor about such personal symptoms, Dr. Kilburn immediately put me at ease. She was compassionate, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable.
