   Do not waste your time and money, there are much professional and cheaper companies out there. I ended up having my pallet left on the street, unatended without my knowledge even thought I requested confirmation of delivery date and time, as I knew the site would be closed. I was told it is just a courtesy to keep me informed of the delivery date. Do not listen explanation that the sender wanted this or that as it's not true. Read previous reviews.

   I used this company to deliver goods to my warehouse in Llanelli....what an absolute shocking company! The goods turned up in a appawling state..full of mud like it been dragged through a muddy field..trucks absolutely stinking...never again will I use this company

   I have used this company for years and have always found them really well priced, efficient, helpful and friendly. Just recently what with COVID and BREXIT they have come up trumps on more than one occasion. I intend to continue using this company through my workplace for many more years.

   The drive asked me to meet him to unload a pallet, which I said he must deliver as I was in work, which he did and carried off the lorry, which then damaged the item and he went off in a huff when I told him. The second driver phoned me to say that he wouldn't drive to the property, but funnily he knew where we were, and access is clearly not an issue. He used any excuse he could think of, first the road wasn’t wide enough, which an artic lorry with a static caravan has been through previously, and an 8 wheeler concrete lorry just that morning! In response to me saying this he said, ‘I doubt that very much’! Then, he told our builders his lorry was too tall, when there are no overhead restrictions at all! Very disappointing service, there’s just no excuse.

   If you live anywhere that has difficult access, do not use this company. They were asked to deliver a single pallet of insulation. Their first driver refused to deliver because he decided our track is too narrow. We've had two 26 tonne lorries deliver in the past few weeks, without issue, but they would not accept that as being true. The load went back to a depot and they were asked to deliver on smaller lorry by the supplier. The second driver rang to say he was on his way, he knew the track and knew the access is OK, but had been instructed by his boss to not drive down. He could only deliver to the top of the lane about 1/2 a mile away... with fifteen minutes notice. I was waiting for him to call and decided to drive my car up, as we had issues getting our van out for it quickly. I found the goods dumped on the side of the road. We have all kinds of deliveries and never had this kind of issue before. Update following their belated response to this post. This is not true having spoken to the supplier directly he was as frustrated as I was with them. They spoke to me several times that day so they could easily reach me. They just done the same with another pallet I was sent, so have had to organise another courier to collect it from them. USELESS is all can say. Don't waste your time and money using them.
