    Had a delivery today which was supposed to have been yesterday. The delivery driver had a manual pallet truck with no brake and was expected to move a ton pallet of fuel logs. He tried various ways but the upshot was the pallet slipped and the logs spilled onto the road. Fortunately the shrink wrap kept the pile more or less together. He and I then had to manually move them inside my property off the road. I make no crititcism of the driver but he was sent out with totally inadequate equipment. This was a major Health and Safety issue which management need to deal with.

    No idea what the service is like, but the driver of truck CK21WGW driving on the M42 on 29/10/2025 is a disgrace, crossing lanes and almost causing a crash. If managers have footage it needs reviewing and this guy taking off the roads

    Extremely Disappointed โ€“ Poor Service, Lack of Basic Decency, wish I could not put even 1 star I rarely write reviews, but the experience with this delivery company was so appalling I feel obligated to warn others. I had a large order of tiles delivered โ€“ approximately 800kg โ€“ and due to a simple mistake, the delivery address defaulted to my billing address. I explained that the correct delivery address was just two streets away (a 2-minute drive). Not only was this clearly communicated, but it was also an easy fix. Despite this, the delivery driver refused to take the tiles to the correct location โ€“ even though it was only a short distance away. Instead, he unloaded 800kg of tiles onto the pavement and left them there, outside the wrong address. I am heavily pregnant, and explained this clearly, but he showed absolutely no concern or willingness to help. When I asked him to speak to his manager or someone in charge, he flat-out refused and said his only other option was to take the tiles back. No attempt to resolve the issue, no flexibility, no empathy โ€“ just "take it or leave it." He was actually very rude to me and my partner who was on facetime kept saying what do you want me to do about it. To make matters worse, the delivery was already delayed by four days with no clear communication of why or updates during that time. This was not just inconvenient โ€“ it was unsafe and completely avoidable had they have been delivered on the right day my partner would have been there..which is why we picked that delivery date. We had to scramble to get help moving the tiles, which was my partners 70 year old dad lifting every box into a van, risking materials being stolen as I was working and unable to watch the tiles, damage to expensive materials and putting myself in a stressful and physically difficult situati I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you value professionalism, customer care, or even basic human decency โ€“ look elsewhere.

    Shocking delivery was ment to be yesterday and I still havent received it and then wouldn't answer the phone yesterday or today 4th time we have used them and 4 time delays with no news on we're it is

    Sat at home all day awaiting a pallet delivery. Specifically booked my delivery with the supplier for today and paid extra for a named day. Rang Owens at 3pm as I was getting doubtful. I was told โ€œoh, it wonโ€™t be today, weโ€™re far too busy! Maybe tomorrow, but more likely the day afterโ€. Unbelievable, they could not care less. I asked if it would surely have been courteous to call and let me know. The response was that they would have let me know at about 5pm!!! How very helpful! What a shower of a company. I hope the suppliers of my order will take their contract off them. Customer service zero.

    Be extremely cautious of their drivers the following reg CE19FHD and Trailer 5208. Nearly took me off the road on M42 today and several others cars if I DID NOT put my hazards on and take action by braking and warning other drivers to stay back. Did ring up and complain and gentleman on the phone was extremely apologic but the driver himself could of caused a 5 car crash. Mr HGV driver instead of lighting a fag up and cutting people up get a career change to make the roads safer.

    Called to confirm delivery, then van arrived without product. Then next day spent the majority of the day chasing them, promised call backs. Very poor service

    They have been one of the best companies, if not the best to work for. Nearly 3 years in and not a bad word to say. Things happen on the road network and we may be delayed, it's the nature of transport, but with a great crew of drivers and management(like here) things get resolved expediently. Great company, gets the job done.
