    Following Mr Naji explaining the options available to me and the benefits of each procedure, I opted for a Robotic hysterectomy. Regardless of the technologically-advanced procedure, what was most important to me was the trust I had in my surgical team and in the professionalism shown. From the level of pre-op checks and the time given to me in explaining every element of the procedure and recovery process, I had 100% trust and faith in Mr Naji and his team to have my best interests at the forefront of their actions. Throughout the whole procedure, from pre-op to post-op, I felt very comfortable asking any questions I had to Mr Naji as well as others on his team. The level of communication from Louise was excellent and timely and every appointment with Mr Naji, whether video, voice or in person was thorough, informative and reassuring. Dr. Chan put me at ease regarding the general anaesthetic and following the operation took the time to check in on me to make sure I was recovering well. More than anything, I was not made to feel like just another patient, but a patient getting the very best care that Mr Naji and his team could provide.

Mr. Naji has excellent bedside manner and his demeanor helped me feel relaxed and calm throughout. His front office did a wonderful job responding promptly to any questions I had and had a detailed profile typed up for Mr. Naji when we had our consultation. Overall, excellent service!
