Great little quiet vet practice. Friendly staff. Transferred my two Maine Coon cats and Lhasapoo from bigger clinic in Brighton.
Very happy with the treatment/surgery & aftercare checkups for Winnie due to her cruciate repair by Kieran following her ruptured ligament on her rear leg. He is always very understanding, professional, kind & friendly to us at appointments & has been very patient explaining all necessary procedures. Winnie appears to be on the correct route now to a full pain-free recovery in time & I would like to thank all concerned especially Kieran.

Dolph my husky struggles with chronic ear infections we over to medivet horley around may as well we’re seeing no progress with our old vets and was becoming extremely expensive without insurance. The vet at horley medivet is so loving and kind takes her time with him and i don’t feel rushed when asking questions. After using the treatment she recommend for 1 month his ear had dramatically calmed down basically no infection left I was over the moon. Unfortunately because it is chronic 4 months later we are back with an infection, but I feel so much more confident seeing medivets vet. She had worked wonders on my boy.
Great little practice, friendly vet and didn't make me feel judged for opting out of some of the add-on extras that weren't medically required. Treated my dogs as individuals with their own quirks, approaching them for the first time with respect and care.
Terrible service, spent an hour getting ready to bring our dog for vaccination, called us 5 mins before appointment to cancel on us as the claimed they has a emergency surgery, little did they know I have 5 dogs 1 cat plus we where looking to move abroad and was looking to do dog health certificates, you probably lost a £1000 of work from us. Atleast compensate people for messing them around like a ain't got nothing better to do. Stay away go somewhere else Terrible for first time experience!!!
Very Friendly Vets in Horley. They are really kind, caring and patient with our dog, even though he isn't the biggest fan of any vet. You can get an appointment quickly and they have a sister vets close by which is open 24/7. Would highly recommend.
Very helpful and quick to act if you have an emergency. I have been with them 2 years now and been very happy with the advice and treatment given, My dog goes in there every time with a tail wagging and a smile on her face.. that speaks volumes as far as i'm concerned.
