   The amazing Susanne at growing space Well.. what can I say. I don’t know how to put my experience and what I’ve gained into words but I’ll give it a good go. When I first met Susanne I was at a time in my life that wasn’t great rock bottom you could call it. On the advice of my family and my partner I sought Susanne’s skills and guidance to face my demons and tackle issues and insecurities I had buried for years due to a pivotal event I took their advice and contacted Susanne to arrange a meeting. This was the best move I have ever made and I haven’t looked back for a moment since. From day one Susanne was warm and welcoming and non-judgemental. I relaxed and opened up to her over time and realised so many things about myself strength being one of them. The ways in which we worked together and the time we spent has changed my life and I am the happiest and most self assured person I have ever been. Susanne is truly incredible in what she has done for me and for so many. I would recommend in a heartbeat because things do get better and there is always a way out.. I found out truly amazing things about myself and saw life and challenges very differently I think I even used the word superwomen because that’s how I feel everyday. Life will throw all sorts our way because that’s life.. but within my work with Susanne I feel I am equipped to cope and deal with whatever comes my way and to live in the moment to enjoy and relish every inch of this life and most importantly to know that it’s okay to ask for help and support whenever and that it’s okay just not to be okay. I know myself better than ever and I am the person I’ve always been just now at the surface. I’ll never be able to truly thank Susanne or put into words just how much I thank my family and partner for this experience but wow.. it feels so good to be happy. To live in the present and to appreciate every little thing. To love myself. Yours sincerely, Superwoman. Loving herself.
