Can't fault these guys one bit. I had an order redirected for delivery because it turned out that I wouldn't be at the original delivery address. Very long story short, DPD messed up and Uttings stepped in and sorted my order for me. I will definitely be ordering again off these guys

Ordered Zamberlan 309's size 44, which were delivered promptly but were too small. I sent them back and requested an exchange to size 45. The replacements arrived by return of post. They fit. Very efficient, thank you Utting's.
I was looking to order some Salomon forces shoes and I wanted to ask a question about the model I was going to order . There is no phone number on the website . That's the first red card to me . So then I googled Uttings and found a phone number which I dialed . It's a tape recorded message asking me to send an email . So I decided to try another store that stocks Salomon forces called Edgar Brothers .They do have a phone number which I called and they answered my query . I then placed my order my Edgar Brothers even though they were £7.00 more expensive than Uttings . I don't buy from websites that don't have phone numbers and neither should you . Any company that doesn't have a phone number which is answered is either a scam or a company that doesn't give good customer service . Either way I shopped elsewhere and I would advise you to do the same .

Great service. Ordered a sea fishing reel which was a good price and fast delivery, however developed a fault after a month or so. Contacted Uttings via its website. Returned the reel and it was replaced very quickly . Definitely will use again. Neil

Fantastic next day delivery. I bought some Celestron 9x63mm binoculars for star gazing. These are amazing, really well made, superb crystal clear view. Supplied with soft carry case and strap. Just the job for looking at the night sky. Highly recommend.
