I am absolutely happy with the service! I had a couple of questions about uniform as it’s our first year in secondary school. Olivia was very very kind, helpful, professional and supportive!❤️ I am happy with the quality of the uniform. And my daughter feels she has received professional help and very proud of herself going to secondary school In a such beautiful uniform:)
Sarah, manager and Poppy uniform fitter were both amazing . They both went above and beyond to make a usually stressful activity as stress free as possible. Sarah waa accomodating and quick email responses. Poppy was extremely patient while giving advice and finding stock literally just in . I really cannot thank her enough for helping me persuade my rather decided oon on the right size. She was absolutely brilliant.
I took my daughter for her first ever fitting for High school uniform, I normally do it myself however with her starting High school she needed certain uniform and I didn’t understand the sizing. I Prebooked my appointment online which was hassle free and wrote on the notes that my daughter is Autistic and to bare with us as she can get overwhelmed. The whole experience was nothing less than exceptional. We were greeted when we walked in the door and assigned to a lady name Tillie who was amazing with my daughter. She explained everything to my daughter about what was happening and what needed to happen, she was patient with my daughter and when it came to fitting she gave my daughter only 2 items at a time to try on so she didn’t get overwhelmed. She was absolutely amazing and what I had been dreading for weeks and thought was going to be a complete disaster turned out to be an amazing shopping trip with my daughter without any upset/meltdowns which hasn’t happened in years. My daughter was in such a positive mood afterwards that we managed shopping in a few other shops and dinner out and had such a lovely afternoon/Evening. Thank you so much Tillie and everyone at stevensons!
Staff seemed helpful, and it was clearly laid out, but ruined for us by the fact there is no toilet for kids. I took my reception-aged child who has some additional needs, to see what clothing options were most comfortable, but we weren’t able to try anything on in the end. We were directed to toilets in a department store nearby but the trip there and back wouldn’t have been possible for my child. Didn’t feel very inclusive or child-friendly!
Couldn't get anything I needed, and also couldn't order what I wanted in so ended up in M&S how can they not have basic black trousers to fit apparently regular leg doesn't start at a 32 waist??
Good place to buy uniform for any school/collage. Staff is supportive to help you fine right fit and size. Price is bit higher.
Shame having to buy uniform from one particular shop at exorbitant prices. School gave us the wrong colour for the PE kit and so we tried to return that for a swap 3 days after purchase but because we had taken the tags off we were unable to get the kit swapped or refunded. Parking is difficult around it too, unless you are willing to pay even more money for parking.
They've been fab - excellent customer service. Went for a uniform fitting in the summer holidays, and the young lady that helped was fab - she'd just finished 6th form so she was knowledgeable about acceptable skirt lengths, uniform choices etc. Returns and exchanges customer service has been great - quick and easy.
Had what we needed for uniform, well served and good service from the staff there. Prices are essentially for a custom embroidered Polo. Which to be honest isn't that bad. Parking was a bit rough on the street but there we are, not their fault at all.
