Thank you to shamsa for a lovely hair treatment, she has really good customer service and I highly would recommend. I loved my cut and blowdry from her.
I went in for the first time for a haircut. Customer service wasn't great. I wasn't greated or told where to go. I told the lady at the counter that I'm here for my appointment and she just said ok. So I asked where should I go, and she shrug her shoulders. I then asked if I could sit in the chair. Once I sat down the hairdresser came to me, again no greeting or introduction of who she was. All she said was 'yes', which I assumed was a question on what I wanted. I explained to her my requirements, she touched my hair and said the protein treatment would be good on my hair as it will help with the dryness. I asked how long would that take and she said 20 mins. At no point was the price told to me. I obviously assumed that it probably won't be a lot but didn't ask either. But a treatment offered like that should be explained and price told there and then because to my shock it was a £150 on top of my haircut which I was booked for. I mean just say I couldn't afford it, or didn't have that kind of money on me? It was a dear 4 to 5 times more than what I expected to pay on that day. It was wrong for the hairdresser to do that. If I had known I would of not gone ahead with it. To then be put on the spot at the end to pay such a huge amount is not acceptable. That too especially when the treatment in question hasn't even worked. I should of been seeing and feeling the effects straight away but hair looks the same, it doesn't look smoother or shiner, nor does it feel stronger. In fact it feels the opposite and less stronger and lighter. For a long lasting expensive treatment like this I can confirm it hasn't worked on me. I will be taking this further and requesting a refund.
i was very happy about my hair cut and treatment.i came for just clour. after discuss with shamsa she recomended me to do cloggen tretment.so i decided to do.collgen tramtment and blaydge clur.i was very happy about shamsa (hair dresser) she is very professional.very friendly staff.i need to say thank you and will come back again.i recommended for all the friends.
I absolutely love my hair! I got a honey brown balayage and the result is even better than I imagined. The staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire experience. They made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to what I wanted. I’m so happy with the final look—thank you for such a lovely experience!
I had my hair done today with Mira at Inara hair and skin clinic. It was a good experience. The staff at Inara were very professional and friendly. The hairdresser did a fantastic job with my hair. The team were patient with me while I took time on two visits to choose a colour and made sure I was happy with my decision before starting. Highly recommended. I will be returning for my hair as well as other treatments offered

What a absolutely beautiful salon I had a really lovely experience very friendly and welcoming after a consultation I had cut and blow dry which I was very happy with I had a colour test and went back couple of days later for a colour and blow dry. Loved my hair and also got my eyebrows threaded and tinted at the same time. I have booked in for a luxury pedicure soon. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Paris and all at Inara.
