I walked in looking like Vicky Pollards Mother and walked out looking like Kate Middleton (ok I could be slightly exaggerating that last bit) . I don't know why 5th Avenue wasn't on my radar and Wes cannot be faulted on any level whatsoever. Superb customer interaction, he was energetic, interested in making my experience and hair special. Gave me lots of interesting info and tips. Wes is great fun to be around and incredibly professional and diplomatic all rolled into one. Wes's technical skill at cutting and styling (and I have difficult thick slightly course hair and a lot of it) and knowledge of hairdressing and products is superb. His colleagues were all delightful and the atmosphere was calm yet industrious. Magic happens at 5th Avenue. I have rebooked and cannot rate my experience any more highly. Thank you.”
