   Thank you Angela, for making me feel comfortable and confident in cutting my hair. I have lots of anxiety day to day, hair cuts are dreaded (exciting, but dreaded) so something I don’t do often. I explained this to Angela, she listened and understood after taking time to talk with me. Suggested heatless curls, which I tried that evening and turned out lovely the next morning. We had good conversation throughout the appointment and I now know where to come in future! The salon is lovely! Clean, classy & professional. The other staff members were lovely to interact with too, I look forward to coming back :)

   First time having my hair cut and I was a little nervous as I always am with new salons but I had absolutely no reason to be worried. Franco cut my hair and you could tell he takes so much pride in his work and makes every effort to make sure the customer is happy. I love my new hair cut and really appreciated all the helpful haircare tips too!

   came to Russo Hairdressing with long, thick hair and asked for a simple one-inch trim. Instead, six inches were cut, leaving my hair uneven, thinner, and layered in ways I never requested. My bangs were also shortened and layered without consent. When I expressed my concerns, I was ignored by the stylist and trainees, and later told the unevenness was due to “split ends”—a claim I found dismissive. I was nearly overcharged, and my dissatisfaction was met with defensiveness rather than accountability. I visited another salon afterward, and the stylist there was genuinely shocked—not just by the condition of my hair, but by the response I’d been given. Based on this experience, I am requesting a refund and hope Russo Hairdressing will reflect on how they handle client concerns moving forward.

   My hair cut today is and will be the next most favorite experience ever, I really enjoyed getting my was cut and blow dry. I walked in with coconut hair oil on and they were very kind and talented staff helping me into receiving a good more sexy look, which was previously very difficult to have. I am so happy with the results, and it was such a good show up and hair cut appointment given straight away. the only thing is I should have got the stylists name the gentleman was very attractively talent at his job.    I went to Russo’s today and hats off to them!! I came in with damaged bleached hair that turned blue and somehow they managed to resolve the issue and keep my hair in somewhat better condition than before, the staff were lovely and very informative to help with my hair once I leave the salon, couldn’t recommend this place enough! Well done to you all especially for your hard work around Christmas time, hair looks lovely, will definitely be back again soon hopefully with better hair this time :)
