   Whilst I have no doubt Raluca is an excellent hairdresser her manner of speaking to me today was disgusting and ignorant. She shouted across the salon if I had booked/checked in I had and then proceeded to ask me again in a rude tone, I confirmed I had. She then said my name and pulled an appalled looking face at me. I have no idea why Raluca thought it acceptable to treat me in this way. I understand I had to wait an hour that was no problem for me, Raluca said my appointment was 13.30 and she was going on break before, no issue with that but I don’t accept the nasty tone she addressed me today so instead I went to another salon for my hair appointment. There is nothing worse than being spoken to like that in that manner and tone of voice to then you have to put your faith and confidence in the hairdresser to do a professional job. It’s not the first time Raluca has spoken like this to customers, I have witnessed it before at a past appointments. No smiling no warmth just being spoken down to as if I’m inconveniencing her.

   The young lady who styled my hair was called Kim. She was very chatty and friendly, adhered to Covid safety perfectly cleaning before and after my appointment. I was very happy with the way she styled my hair and would definitely go there again.

   Lovely staff. The hair dresser that did my hair made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job on my hair. I had wash cut and blow dry. Definitely recommend.

   Absolutely worst experience I have ever had in a salon. I had a colour package booked. Booking system was fine and the girl at the salon was lovely but the job done was worst ever. There was colour all over my forehead & ears. Had to go to a party later & I was totally embarrassed as everyone asked did you just colour your hair. They were surprised to know it was done professionally at a salon. Totally messy job. The other complaint I have is the blow dry. It's the worst blow dry I ever had in a salon. It looked so messy that I had to go back to another local salon & pay £10 to fix the mess. Clearly SI would never recommend Supercuts to anyone. I can do a better job with box colour & can blow dry my hair a million times better than the stylist did. To top the disappointment I couldn't even use my blulight card discount. It's not a big discount but for the mess I had with my hair I had a total disaster. The other salon I went to fix the mess was amazed to hear it was all done at a professional salon. I do have the before & after pictures as proof. Worst salon ever. Goodbye Supercuts!

   My step mum and I came for wash, cut and blow dry. They make you wear a face mask while they are also wearing masks and I’m really happy about this as I work in a care home so take wearing masks seriously. The stylist that did my step mums hair before me , for some reason didn’t want to blow dry her hair. So she sat with damp hair whilst I was getting my hair done by another stylist. My stylist was very nice and dried my hair lovely. For the feel good factor- I wouldn’t go again if the other stylist was on as my step mum was very disappointed.

   Amazing hair colouring! Raluca was nice and very professional, you could see that she knows what she's doing. I love my new hair! ❤ plus she gave me some very useful tips about the aftercare on blond hair. Finally found my hairdresser x

   Raluca was excellent. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a good hairdresser. My hair isn't the easiest hair to blow dry however Raluca did a fantastic job. Thank you very much.

   Really good prices! My stepdaughter had her hair cut into the new trending style of wolf cut! It looked so good. I was really impressed and she loves it. Only cost £35 for a whole restyle/ hour long cut. The only reason it loses a star is for the place itself- not a very relaxing environment. Needs some music playing at least!

   Kim did a fantastic job. i love the brunette balayage and the way she styled it with such pretty curls. loved the good old chat and how clean it was in there. lovely staff and absolutely love the hair, would definitely come back.
