   A really helpful golf store. I have no idea on anything golf and the website had cancelled my order twice but I went into the Norwich store and with just a photo the gentleman who helped me found the item, had it delivered to the shop & I picked it up less than a week later. It's a gift for my 9 year old grandson and I was going to get a voucher after order had been cancelled so he could purchase it after Christmas but this guy went well above the call of duty he could have just taken the voucher sale. I'm afraid I didn't take his name but if he is reading this a huge thank you from a very grateful customer.

   Terrific store for all your golfing needs. Immaculate and well-laid out, we were so impressed with this place. Staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable too. Would highly recommend for all golfers in the area!

   Excellent advice and in the main good products. It would be a perfect customer experience if the same attention was given to the after sales/warranty process. Never called back when promised so the customer has to chase. Nearly a month on and still no resolution.

   Went in looking for trousers, asked the staff member who looked like he’d been dragged through a hedge backwards, ‘I know it’s unlikely but do you have any more sizes out back?’ To which he replied ‘No but we do have skirts downstairs.’ I’m assuming it was a joke but his delivery was so poor that the blank deadpan stare in his eyes had me really confused. Anyway, i smiled and thanked him. I found some trousers, advertised on the rail at 19.99, went to the till, ‘sorry they’re 39.99’ (essentially I just wanted a quick pair as I was visiting Norwich for a few days and had left my other pairs at home so explained I just wanted something cheap and cheerful). Deadpan Dan then directed me to the Greg Norman trousers which were reduced to 19.99. So I grabbed a pair. Got to the till… £29.99… at which point I couldn’t bare it any more and just paid the money and fled, but not before the store manager could grunt ar Deadpan Dan ‘well you probably shouldn’t have said they were only 19.99 should you’. Thank heavens this isn’t my usual store and I only had to endure the odd wit, strange atmosphere, chaotic pricing, grunty manager and the lunatic (we’ve all seen him before) who was skiving from his day job to come and wildly swing expensive drivers in the fitting studio and loudly tell everyone about it, for an hour today.

   Was served by Tyson today and just wanted to say thank you very much for the professional service. He allowed me to take as much time as I needed to test the clubs before hand, aswell as letting my son test them too. At no point did we feel rushed for time he is fantastic and is a big factor to my purchases today! Once again thank you

   Walk into the Store Thursday and I was the only one there, except one member of staff on the analysis machine. Not once did they acknowledge, approach or ask if I wanted assistance. One stuck their head round and noticed me but carried on playing on the machine. At this time another member of staff appeared and just felt it was okay to sit on a stool on their phone while drinking a can of monster. Half the stock wasn't priced, appeared to be a sale rail with no information on it, didn't show any promotion and there wasnt many signs showing promotion on goods I knew had deals. I had to approach them to ask for stock and if there were any promotions. I openly talking about buying some new irons in the future and they weren't interested. The only thing they did do correctly was ask about joining there card/mailing list. Very very poor
