    Come here as a new customer. Would give this a zero rating if possible!! Firstly ordered food when it came it was still frozen. Told them and when came back with a hot meal bits were missing. Secondly no one checked on our table to see if everything was OK at any point in our visit. Thirdly staff don't seem bothered about the customs and letting children run around. Won't be coming back very disappointed

    Went for Christmas dinner with my son. The starter was ok. The Christmas dinner was a disaster. The gravy was that thick and heavily salted that you couldn’t taste the food. The rest was either undercooked or burnt to a crisp. The desert was lovely but we had to wait for 1 hour and 5 minutes. It looked like just one person was serving everyone. On arrival home I lasted an hour before I was ill with diarrhoea. So my Christmas Day was essentially ruined. I tried to complain but no one was available to speak to us

    I recently visited The Sneyd Arms and decided to try their steak — and I’m genuinely glad I did. The dish arrived quickly and looked fantastic: a generous cut, beautifully seared on the outside, and cooked exactly as I requested. The seasoning was spot-on, enhancing the flavor without overpowering the natural richness of the meat. Defiantly will be returning!!!

    Visited for first time. Excellent ambiance with good mix of age groups and demographics. Food was piping hot; tasty and with generous portion sizes. Very friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend and will definitely eat here again soon.

    A clean place. Service on arrival was very slow, with one member of staff taking food orders, at the bar, and nobody sitting booked guests. We waited for 15 minutes without any assistance, until we approached a waiter passing- by. Physical menus do not correspond with online ones; we could not find the Sunday Roast! The quality of the food was ok...hotter is preferred. Thank you for the music. It was good.

    Don't know if I've been to a different place but the food was awful We won't be going back again e.g., I ordered the chip shop platter looked great on the menu What a surprise i could not find any fish once cutting through the over cooked hard batter the fish that did present itself was dry and didn't taste of anything. The scampi again was dry and tasteless, the chips were dry I'm going to stop there. I always give a fair review based on good venue catering for all parking food and the staff on top of that was the constant noise from the music so loud we couldn't even hear each other talking.

    this is my child hood pub, after Sam taking over last year! It’s become very family friendly! All staff are incredibly nice, FOOD is amazing! And the prices are even better!!!! I have 2 children and not once have they had any issues with kids been around! BRILLIANT FOR ANY FAMILY!!!!!
