Had pedicure done. Very nice lady, had a lovely chat. She knew what she's doing and she did it beautifully. The only thing that I think it's worth mentioning was how unclean the place was. I was the first client but floor was dirty with nail clippings and nail dust. Also nail files were not single used ones and other instruments were not professionally sanitised. It would be a lovely place when cleaned and organised.
Very professional team, salon very clean and COVID precautions feel very safe. The girls are warm and welcoming and will go the extra mile to help you, it’s a pleasure to chat to them during your treatments. Found their Facebook page randomly 6 years ago and have been going there ever since.
I’m forever asked where I go to get my nails done as they are consistently finished to a high standard. The team are immensely friendly, punctual and without fail willing to go the extra mile. No matter what treatment, I always leave feeling amazing even after a wax. I couldn’t recommend Beauty Secrets more.
The girls at Beauty Secrets are so friendly and helpful with advice. They provide a really high quality service and a wide range of treatments at reasonable cost. I have had a wide range of treatments over the years since the beginning and would strongly recommend them. They are always doing additional training and have recently been nominated for 4 hair and beauty awards which speaks volumes. Looking forward to my next visit, you always make me laugh and lift my spirits x
Can not recommend Beauty Secrets enough, they are amazing, I went in for a back massage being a full time carer to 4 disabled children my back was in a right mess and absolute agony, Lockdown had really took its toll. I saw Rachel, who managed to really free up my back and I felt so relaxed. They have handled the whole Covid situation really well, I never felt nervous or concerned, it was all very clean, and handled perfectly, but at the same time you didn't loose that touch of luxury spa treat. I will be going back regularly. Highly Recommend!
The girls at Beauty Secrets are fantastic. As soon as you walk through the door they make you feel so welcome. I have been visiting them for several years for gel nails and would never go anywhere else.
