Casey did an amazing job styling my hair for a day out – it looked gorgeous and lasted perfectly all day. Highly recommend!
I recently visited this salon for a Japanese head spa, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The appointment started late because the staff couldn’t locate the camera used for the crucial scalp analysis, and the other artists in the salon weren’t able to help either. Ultimately, it was never conducted. Given that the salon promotes itself as a renowned provider of this unique service, it was quite disappointing to skip such a key step of the process. Although the spa itself was relaxing and well-executed, the place was clean and the artist made me feel comfortable, the overall experience felt incomplete, especially since no effort was made to compensate for the missed scalp analysis that had a very premium price being paid for this service.
Had a great experience with Casey — she was so welcoming and chatty and is incredibly talented. I felt completely at ease right away, I wasn’t sure what I wanted but I put my trust In Casey to do what she wanted and she smashed it!! Love my new hair. The other ladies Jessie and Anais were also super friendly, helpful, and added to the vibe. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the results! I’ll definitely be going back and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great hairdresser. Thank you Casey and Team!! Xx
Where do I start? I first met the salon owner when she was based out of Fenny Stratford. Rochelle is a savvy business woman and has high ambitions. I had a break from straightening my hair but returned to the Dolls House last year and my stylist has been Casey ever since. She is a wonderful young lady, attentive and a good listener. Casey is fabulous. She has all the time in the world to understand what you’re looking for as well as offering professional recommendations. She’s professional and reassuring and has the greatest enthusiasm for what she does. The team are all lovely and welcoming including Tracey. Really easy to book and flexible offering last minute appointments. Really happy with the finished colour. Highly recommended ❤️

This is the best hair salon I have ever visited and the only one where I’m guaranteed to walk out happy! I’ll never go anywhere else. Rochelle and the team know exactly what they’re doing, whether you want amazing colour, a great cut or amazing extensions. Five stars every time!
Absolutely amazing! Hannah was outstanding at what she did. She kept checking on me to see if I like how it was going, she often asked my opinion and made conversation often. I felt very comfortable during my time at the salon today. Great atmosphere and the staff were so polite and very welcoming. Will definitely come back in the future- prices are amazing as well!
