Ruined my entire day and didn’t even refund my deposit because of 1 minute lateness!!! I was a regular and ALWAYS showed grace to her when she would run late doing my appointments but when it came to me she showed no regard whatsoever on to make things worse on my own BIRTHDAY! Very poor customer service honestly. I’m not sure if it was a Racial thing or she really does lack empathy. Anyways never again.
I saw Sara today, even though she doesn’t usually work on weekends—but she kindly agreed to see me as I had booked a last-minute holiday. I was surprised that the treatment took place in a hotel, especially given the very reasonable price and free parking! Sara was amazing and made me feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend her and will definitely be a regular from now on.
I’ve been going to Sara for years now and I would go to no one else! She is professional, friendly, timely and so efficient! Her pricing is extremely reasonable and her salon is clean immaculate and welcoming. She has made available a booking for me at the very last minute on more than one occasion!
