I visited today with a very last-minute request for gel nail extensions and eyebrow threading. Sir kindly accommodated my appointment, and the ladies did a fantastic job. I was unsure about which colour to choose, but they offered a lovely recommendation and the final result was fabulous. Extremely happy with their service.
I had 3 separate visits to this salon. First was eyebrow and eyelash lamination. As you can see from the picture (taken same day) it was totally not what I was expecting, my lashes were only ever so slightly curled and my eyebrows looked unfinished and again not what I was expecting. I spoke to the salon and they said only store credit so I gave them another chance, I chose Biab gels to encourage growth. The process was very lengthy and when under UV it burned so bad I had to keep removing my hand out of the uv and the therapist told me it was normal to burn but I was in pain for a good 20 seconds and I just had to bare it until it was over. The third time I went in to have them removed. All they did was leave me to soak on my own for more than 20-25 mins kept moving me from chair to chair as they were busy so I was uncomfortable soaking as sat in the hair salon chairs had to lean forward to balance myself as my hands were in the acetone. When I asked if someone could check me they moved me again back to the nail desk and used the nail drill constantly to the point I felt the burn on my nail bed. The first nail pic attached was normal nail polish only the next day, you can see my nails totally ruined and weak and breaking. Now around 6 weeks later, second picture, my nails are completely ruined every time they grow they snap and there are lines from the amount of damage this salon has caused. I will never be going back here again. The 1 star is for the ladies in there they are nice but they are far too busy and unfortunately under skilled/products and tools not used correctly and now I have to wait at least 4 months if not more depending on my nail growth for me to have my nails back to being healthy :(
EXCELLENT WORK!!! I have been getting my lashes done by Deevi for the last year or so and I always ask for her because she is soooo good. Lashes are always perfect and she’s always professional and accommodating. People always complement my lashes and I refer them to her. Deevi’s lash application is amazing so they last me ages and it’s much better than other places I have been to previously which is why I stick with her. She also does great brow waxing for me so I would highly recommend. Thank you and keep up the good work!
The lady who did my nails was nice but sadly she did not know what she was doing. I was booked in for 12.30 and waited 40 mins for my treatment to start. All my nails are filed unevenly and the French manicure is applied pretty badly, it’s not neat at all. Waste of time and £33. Sad as now I have to go on holiday with bad nails.
I’m so pleased how my nails turned out, they’re beautiful! I got them done specifically for my engagement party. You can tell they have a lot of pride in their work.
I grew my eyebrows out for almost a year and came here and SPECIFICALLY said to not touch the shape as I had tried so hard to grow them. That I just wanted a touch up and showed the areas I wanted to keep. I was then revealed to half my eyebrows being taken off! They are the thinnest I have ever seen them. Completely upset by the outcome as the eyebrows look terrible. I will not be coming again and would not recommend anyone to get their eyebrows here unless you want two thin lines!
