   Absolutely awful experience – avoid this place. I am beyond disappointed with the lash treatment I received here. From the moment I left, my eyes were itchy, irritated and uncomfortable, which has NEVER happened to me before. I’ve had my lashes done many times (and I’m a lash tech myself), so I know what proper application should feel like — and this was completely wrong. To make things worse, when I showered, all the lash extensions fell off and took my natural lashes with them. I was absolutely distraught. I’ve never experienced anything like this in all the years I’ve been getting lash treatments. My natural lashes are now damaged and patchy, and I feel so upset and self-conscious I don’t even want to go to work. This was an unprofessional and unacceptable service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. No one should leave a lash appointment feeling this uncomfortable, and certainly not end up losing their natural lashes because of poor application or bad products. Absolute waste of money and a horrible experience.

   Absolutely terrible service I received for my hollywood wax from this establishment. The treatment I experienced was not only unprofessional but also unsafe and unsanitary. Specifically: * The wax used was excessively hot and burned my skin, despite me informing the technician of this during the treatment. * The technician blew on both the wax and her gloves, which is highly unhygienic and risks transmitting saliva and bacteria. * The same wax stick was reused multiple times instead of being disposed of after each application, which is a clear case of cross-contamination and goes against basic hygiene standards. * The wax application itself was extremely messy, spreading across my thighs and other areas unnecessarily. I spoke to a staff member named Sabita Bhari. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concerns, she denied everything and dismissed my complaint outright. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed. As a paying customer, I expect safe, professional, and hygienic treatment. Not only did my experience fail to meet basic industry standards, but it has also left me with a burn and significant concern about infection risks.

   Amazing salon, me and my wedding party had our beauty treatments here before my wedding and the nails were incredible. The waxing was the least painful I’ve ever had. The individual eyelashes looked amazing and they always make my eyebrows look perfect. Very happy with my experience at the salon and made me feel relaxed and pampered ready for my wedding.

   Absolutely the worst set of lashes I have ever had. Used so much glue they are actually peeling off in strips. Have been in 3 times to get them to fix them properly and do what I paid them for. Have wasted £70 in last month on lashes here. I have now given up and won't be going back. They have actually taken my own lashes out with them. I am furious.

   I had the worst customer service here. Had my nails done and it’s the worst thing I have ever seen. Nails were so uneven, my 7 year old can do better. I called to complain and was told to come back and get it done again. They said they could only do two nails but if I wanted all changed they would have to charge me. The audacity!!!! The customer service is appalling. I will never go back here again even if you paid me. Spent petrol to return for my nails to get changed and they had to audacity to ask me to pay for it. Horrible place. Don’t go here if you appreciate good customer care.

   Been a regular here for 3 years now and have never been disappointed. I love the staff, the quality and atmosphere i enjoy every set i walk out with including having my eyebrows beautifully done will advise everyone to go here and stay. I have never been anywhere else were i actually feel 100% comfortable wish i could show all iv had haha but attached a few !!
