   My second time going there and I regret going there for the second time. The woman lack accountability and respect. She wanted to overcharge me as well. After treading my face, she gave me tissue to wipe it myself. She treated me like it was free of charge. If you are a black girl please stay away from this woman. Her attitude and mannerism towards me was very sad. And she was about to scream at me after confronting her about what I did not like about the service. She is rude, unprofessional, and financially bully. Shame on you madam.

   Terrible service made my eyebrow’s wonky then proceeded to tell me it’s how my eyebrows are shaped (I’ve had them threaded elsewhere with no problems) disgusting service please do not go here

   They dont apply powder before threading the eyebrows and after threading they dont apply any gel to relieve the pain.

   I went in for a manicure and it was the worst one ever. The lady did not engage with me at all and all her answers were monosyllabic. She pushed back my cuticles but did not trim the dry skin. I had to ask her to do so as she was about to paint my nails with untidy cuticles. After applying a super thin coat of base coat, she started applying the colour. I noticed that she had not covered part of my nail so told her so. She and her colleague then told me that they apply a thin coat first, trying to get out of applying the polish again. I then said that this has got nothing to do with part of a nail remaining unpainted! So, she took the polish off my nail and try to paint it again with no base coat which I pointed out. She reached for the base coat and by then I didn’t want to stay there for another second so asked her how much I owed her for what she’d already done, paid her and left! Please avoid at all costs - a huge NO from me!

   NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I specifically asked to keep my eyebrows thick, and ONLY to clean. She made them much thinner! She destroyed my eyebrows!! Completely destroyed their shape!!!!! NOT recommended!

   I specifically told the lady to do a “clean up” for my brows but she ended up threading both my eyebrows so thin! I ended up crying on the spot and she said my eyebrows look fine when it took me a whole year to grow my eyebrows! She then drew on them and said you look perfectly fine! I did not care that there were a lot of people there seeing me cry I was in shock! PLEASE I BEG. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. what a way to start my new year. I told her I’ll never forgive her for doing me like that and she never apologised. It’s the lady with the hijab. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

   Awful! Worst experience. Used the same dye pot for 3 of us. Used the same glove for the 2 of us, managed to get eyebrow dye on both of our cheeks, attempted to wipe it off. Great concentration on threading untill this lady took half my eyebrow off!!. When looking in the mirror the dye was everywhere, i asked her to level it out and the response was its because your other eyebrow is different. (My eyebrows where not different) This place left the 3 of us with eyebrow dye smudged all on our faces, places where the dye shouldnt even be. Shame!

   Northampton, town centre, Grosvenor centre 1. Worst eyebrows ever. Irregularly shaped. Please avoid 2. Did the mistake of going there again. I went there at 5.15 and very politely asked the lady if the place is still open, to which she smilingly said 'yes, come' . And then when I sat on the chair, she said she was just closing up, and starting to do her accounts, to which I said it's fine if she doesn't want to do it. But she decided to continue. A couple of seconds later, some other ladies with kids came there and she said a big hi to them, anyone can easily assume they were her friends. She finished doing my eyebrows in a minute, and when I looked in the mirror, my left eyebrow was visibly much smaller than the right. I told her that, to which she replied I already had defective eyebrows. I denied and said can you thin out the right one too so that it looks even, to which she said she is getting late and needs to go and saying this she filled up my left eyebrow with a pencil. And showed me the mirror. I said I am not good at drawing my eyebrows, she didn't care and said 5£. Horrible experience, unforgivable customer service, absolute mistreatment. This lady needs to go for good. I don't know how she is working there. Nobody should go to her. 5£ for spoiling my thick eyebrows, not done at all.
