   Worst service ever, my wife booked for appointment with the manager Sharon and they agreed on the service and the price, on the day they cancelled the appointment with no reason, my wife called them and they said if you want the appointment the price will be higher otherwise your appointment would be cancelled, now my wife needs to find another salon in the same day!!! avoid the salon all day not a professional at all, really disappointed, Update: Now the manager replied to me with more incorrect information, my wife booked yesterday for the afternoon slot and all agreed, my wife never booked or changed online, she received message of cancellation from random number, and when she called they told her no appointment available. Sharon you need to be more professional to be successful, regarding the toner not such a thing she asked you without a blow hair dray you tried to force her to pay more. Thanks for your time.

   Went into faking it today and had an express spray tan done by Jemma for my holiday, such a lovely lady, everything was done so professionally even tho I had to get starkers with anxiety issues I did feel ok lol! Work environment was clean and tidy, such a wonderful team to approach, Thank you very much x x

   Always a polite and friendly welcome, great atmosphere and the interior is beautiful. Hair & beauty staff are all very talented and not ‘up themselves’ unlike some of the places I’ve been to in town. I even got a Christmas cocktail this week!
