Jon has cut my hair for over 15 years. Literally half my life and is brilliant barber. Not only has he created a fantastic business environment through wonderful, caring & humorous staff that he has, he has also turned into a great friend. I can’t recommend enough. I was relocated to another office a while away from Bedford but I still travel all the way to Vincenzo as I have always felt welcome by the staff for the last 3 years! Neringa has always done a great job since I started coming to Vincenzo’s so I would not look else where
I had my first haircut here as a child and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else over 40yrs later. John, Tony and the team are a very hardworking bunch and the family atmosphere is apparent every time I visit. Not many old fashioned businesses left now unfortunately with everyone after a quick buck, but Hair Ny Vincenzo puts their customer service above everything else.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been going to Vincenzo's for a years, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming you with a smile the moment you walk through the door. They really take the time to listen to what you want, and the quality of their work is excellent every single time. Whether it’s a quick trim or a full restyle, they’ve got the skill and attention to detail to get it just right. Great atmosphere, great people, and a top-notch haircut — what more could you want?
I had an appointment booked for my two kids today, but upon arrival, I was told that one of them couldn’t be seen at the scheduled time and would need to wait. This was because the staff hadn’t anticipated that one of the children was a girl, and another customer had been booked for that same time slot. This was extremely disappointing. My main concern is the lack of communication during the booking process — no one asked what type of service was needed or clarified any gender-specific requirements. As a customer, I shouldn’t be expected to know every detail that needs to be provided. It’s the business’s responsibility to ask the right questions and ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately. Additionally, the way I was treated by one of the staff members was unacceptable and left me feeling uncomfortable. To be clear, I am not rude or aggressive — I was simply disappointed with how the situation was handled and how I was spoken to. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience during a previous visit, though with a different staff member. While I respect that you’ve been in business for many years, I stand by my experience and how I felt as a customer. Businesses should be open to honest feedback — positive or negative — and not dismiss it as slander. Unfortunately, your response only reinforced how poorly customer concerns are addressed. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend your service to others.
First time I've been there... Anxious as being disabled it's hard to have neck back, in sink. Plus general sitting ect...I was made to feel comfortable At ease Sarah listened to what I wanted Really lovely atmosphere Very good priced Really pleased with my cut and the whole service received
