   Kerry and Lois were fantastic! Kerry was super excited to help me with a major redesign of my hair (from butt length to above the shoulder and a side shave!) and Lois did an amazing job on my colour - everyone has complimented their work, and I haven't been this happy about a hair cut or a salon experience in...ever? Highly recommend going to them for your next cut, colour, or anything else you might need!

   Kerry and Lois did an amazing job for my wedding hair and make up! Kerry really helped me to decide on what sort of look I wanted at the wedding trial appointment. On the day it was exactly what I wanted, I was so happy with how I looked and both the hair and makeup lasted really well all day. Kerry and Lois were both really friendly and helped me feel relaxed on my wedding morning. Highly recommend, thank you so much again!

   Kerry and Lois cut and style mine and my daughters hair, on numerous occasions, I have found the service to be superb, friendly, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. The end result were always fabulous, my daughter hates having her hair done or did so in the past however she looks forward to her visits with Karela. I have also had other treatments here and would highly recommend.

   This is my second time getting my hair done by the lovely Lois and I have loved it both times, she has transformed my hair into exactly what I wanted! Kerry and Lois are both so friendly and the salon has the loveliest atmosphere. Lois is extremely talented and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Highly recommend x

   Whether you want a regular hairdresser who you can trust or a hair/makeup artist for special occasions you can’t go wrong with Kerry and I couldn’t be more thrilled when she opened a new salon. Although the salon might be new I can confirm Kerry has years of experience. I first went to Kerry in July 2013 to get my hair & makeup done for my friend’s wedding. I then continued to go to her for regular haircuts. When I got married in August 2015 she did the trials before and on the day she did the my hair & makeup for both me & my bridesmaids. Kerry has been cutting my hair since (excluding lockdown) and my most recent cut was in the salon for a 2021 family wedding. So I like to go to Kerry for special occasions & for regular for haircuts. I’m quite an anxious person but never feel anxious with Kerry since I know she will always do a good job & will recommend makeup to suit me. I always leave feeling great and the salon has everything you could ask for in a hairdressers.

   Brilliant experience at Karela today. Love my new haircut by Kerry, it feels so fresh. The layers and shaping have given it lots of texture and bounce and the products have made my hair nice and shiny and feeling very soft. Lois did a fantastic job with my gel nails and the colour she recommended is gorgeous. Thank you so much.
