   Good points- lovely of Hays to allow me to change my appointment from a blow dry to a hair curler a few days before the appointment. Excellent reminder system to be able to reply to. Bad points - on arrival, no waiting area so had to sit at a beauty table, squashed in the corner No warm welcome, my conversation clearly interrupted the two girls on reception The space I was then moved to have my hair done wasn't clean. I showed a picture of what I wanted, the stylist didn't achieve the look at all, and she struggled to curl my hair, despite trying with three different tools. My hair curls well, and holds well, she just didn't seem to know how to do it. The stylist herself was young and a lovely person, new to the industry (2years)

   Great to see Sam and the team again. The new decor is starting to look fantastic, very light and modern. My hair wash experience was wonderful. It’s so nice to visit a salon that offers such a comprehensive range of colour services and the staff are very well trained, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome and the complimentary refreshments are a bonus! Booked for next time before I even left… see you in a couple of months, can’t wait!!

   Very lovely and cozy place. Very polite and calm atmosphere, my hair was done by Sarah, it was amazing from washing my hair to styling it. Very gentle , felt like a massage very relaxing. I recommend and will suggest to others. Thank you!
