   I have just completed a 6 session Laser hair removal course with Mandy at Saramanda and I can honestly say it has been life changing. I now have so much more confidence and have saved a lot of money on alternative hair removal methods. The results are truly amazing. I recommend this to anyone that's trying to cope with unwanted hair growth, it really does work wonders. Mandy and her team are all so lovely, they put me at ease from my very first consultation appointment. If you're thinking about having this treatment, please just go for it. I promise you will not be disappointed.

   Highly recommend! I’ve been twice so far to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and both times Carla has made me feel very relaxed. On my second appointment I would have had to go twice in the same day as I mistakenly didn’t book the threading and tint in the same session, however they were able to accommodate me so that I didn’t have to return twice on the same day. Thank you Carla

   I have been going to Saramanda for laser for the last few months now and every time it’s such a pleasing experience. Mandy is always so professional and welcoming and talks me through everything she does and I’m noticing a massive difference since starting the laser treatment! Would highly recommend.

   100% recommend. Just finished my laser hair removal treatment and I am so pleased with the results!! Mandy the salon owner did the treatment who was very professional and friendly. Had the keratin treatment done last year which was so worth having done! Get my hair and nails done regularly at the salon. The salon is very inviting and professional. Best Bedford based salon!! Would 100% recommend for anyone looking to have hair, nails, laser treatment etc!!!

   First time amazing experience, second time just OK Compared to the first time that I went to Saramanda, the haircut was just OK… The place is always spotless, the receptionist is kind and they sometimes offer you hot drinks whilst waiting or getting a haircut. The first time I got a haircut in Saramanda, I left the place with an amazing hair that I didn’t know I had! Emma-Jane was a skilled hairdresser, she washed, cut and styled my hair in less than 30 minutes. At the end of the haircut, I asked her if she could cut a bit more and add more layers, which she was happy to do with no problem. After the haircut, she put some hair cream, used the diffuser and even taught me how to style it myself as she also had curly hair and knew the issues we had to deal everyday. This time, however, I had a different hairdresser and I wasn’t as happy as the first time. I asked her if she could cut the length and add more layers to my hair since it looked a bit boring, but she said that we only had 5 minutes before her next appointment and that it would take another new haircut and possible needed to charge me for it. To be fair, I did tell her almost at the end of the appointment but not at the end of the haircut since she was still cutting it and it’s usual for the hairdresser, when she finishes (or at least in my experience), that they asks you if you like the hairstyle and put a mirror behind for you to approve the length. I couldn’t see quite well the length whist she was cutting it. At the end, she cut the length a bit more and my hair improved and looked a bit different but it was just fine. I don’t think that you need to have natural curly hair or specialised in this type of hair to know how to cut it, but having it yourself definitely give you extra points as a hairdresser. I will definitely go back to Saramanda but I would ask for a different hairdresser

   This salon is fantastic, I would not go anywhere else for my hair or nails. I cannot explain how happy I am with the finished results! The hair used for my extensions is most amazing quality! I have had Keratin Revolution treatments done on my hair by this salon with truly amazing results. I also have my nails done by this salon and they are beautiful every time with long lasting results.    This AWARD WINNING salon is absolutely incredible. From start to finish no matter what treatment you have you will feel like part of the Saramanda family. I have had my hair done by Tina and every time without fail she does an amazing job - even when I say I have no idea what I want doing! :) Mandy is the only person I will go to for my nails or lash extensions and she will outdo herself every time I go - she is a real perfectionist and makes you feel like you are so special. Regarding beauty treatments with Carla, from the moment you step into her room, you are instantly calm and relaxed and she was 100% born to do that job. From waxing to facials to foot peels, it really is such an incredible experience every time. Thank you girls, you really are amazing and deserve every single 5 star review you get!!

   I have been coming to Saramanda for some time now and this salon has everything I look for. Apart from Hair, Beauty and sunbed services you really do feel like part of the family each time you visit which is really quite rare. Christina does a fab job on my hair every time and is always giving me new ideas. I ALWAYS go to Mandy for my holiday nails (see below) and Carla is just fantastic at all things beauty and really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. This is a team that really does care about their clients, works hard to give the best possible service and are always exploring new treatments to expand their services further. A great team and a great Salon !
